Is there anyway you can get the money you made from the ad returned in the onunityadsdidfinish function?

Please address me to the new version of Unity Ads SDK 3.7.0 and up. In my Unity ID dashboard we no longer have Placements tab, instead we have a Ad Units, were the ID "video" and "rewardedVideo" are no longer there. We have specific ID based in format and platform. Please, a video tutorial to update my project into the new advertisement implementation would be greatly appreciated.

Cool with a monetize tutorial. It is always a little bit tricky to setup 👍🤓

so i managed that the ads finally work in the test internal release, but if i want them int the final production release, do i need to enable something? they just do not work.. i disabled the test mode in the services within unity, i disabled the test mode ads in the unity dashboard settings and i set Advertisement.Initialize(gameId, testMode); testmode = false; its just not working...

@@glogowatz_7526 i realized that the ads are not allways working, it depends on how many people are playing or something. i played my game from time to time to show it my friends, and sometimes i got ads.

Please remake this. I can't find the interface anything similar to this version

This is so frustrating. Used the asset store and it gives me an error. Used Package manager and it also didnt work, by the way its called Advertisement now. this tutorial was made this year and its already out of date and the package on the Asset store is already not working correctly. Sigh. The way to make it work is to go to Services, the advanced and check the box that says enable built in ads extension. Thats all. Following the tutorial will possible give you issues like it did for me. Pretty frustrating.

You are getting error because you install monetization/advertisement package from both assets store and package manager....

I wish you would expand this motorization stuff to webgl and native builds, as not all of us wish to develop for phones and tablets, but would appreciate a way simply get some element of $$$ for our effort

Hey I’ve published my game to iOS recently but my ads are now working and I don’t know why I did some research and I can’t figure this out . I did everything like in this video . I checked if I’m using the right id which I’m when I’ve build the game I’ve disabled the enable test mode . The ads still are not working when I updated my game but they work fine in editor . I’ve also disabled the enable test mode for iOS through dashboard I’m using up to date advertisement package from package manager . I would appreciate if someone can help me with this problem because otherwise I’m might just remove the game or just make it free with no revenue which is not that great I’ve spent lots of time and resources I don’t want to go all the waist 😞

Sathishkumar I did few weeks back but I still didn’t figure out what I did wrong . Pretty much my game is dead now . First attempt to make commercial game and I failed , this really discouraged me to continue with game development.

My ads are not showing, do I have to wait some time after publishing my game?

@@ShapetrixEntertainment Hi, in my case, the issue is that for some reason unity ads wasn't able to load in India and if followed the above tutorial then there won't be any problem in your code, try to use vpn of other countries to check for ads and if it still not showing then contact the unity support ,they had helped me alot for this.

@@ShapetrixEntertainment You can check your code with test ads if they are loading then there won't be any issue with your code.

This should be a default feature. In the properties you should just be able to enter your ad ID, select position - of course always being to access it via code. This is one thing Unity is terrible at.

What about ads in PC?

Does unity take money?

The most annoying about Unity documentation is they use SPAWNER to put information all around the web, they are not try to put it together in one bucket so people easy to reach. Dang that's really waste of many time. For just one example i this video, the asset store is "unity monetization" in the package manager it's called "advertisement", and you will get cram in your head when you compare and read these 2 assets because description so different.

ow! by the way before anyone integrate this package you should know that it's not possible to do Server to Server validation with Unity Monetization Package!

Its for plus users too, I have it and its only like 35 or something a month, not bad. Also takes away splash screen

You do not explain at any time giving examples where to insert each ad in the games and put real ads to monetize not only from test
