Hi I'm not sure f you can in the states but here in Australia you can buy gluten free fish fingers so that might be an option for yo to try and find for Layla since she loves hem so much

Hi Tiffany! I know you said Layla couldn't have white potatoes, what about potato starch as an ingredient in breading? Ive seen several brands of coating mixes for homemade fish sticks, and frozen fish sticks or even plant based "fish" sticks using different types of beans as the fish. Just some ideas to possibly give you a direction to look in.😊 Bless you and your sweet family!

They aren’t 100% sure if/how it’ll affect her. I’m trying to stay away from it but they advised me to try it and see how she does.

Maybe u could try grounding up some turkey an make it into fingures for her. look up some recipes .just a suggestion

We don’t. I’ve never heard of that before. Our Walmart doesn’t seem to carry any gluten free fish sticks so I’ll be needing to look other places. Thank you for trying to help! ❤️

I know it maybe more expensive, but I think Walmart may have GF Fish sticks. The brand is Ians. Idk if they meet her dietary restrictions

I am glad you were able to go out and find something Ms. Layla could eat you are doing an awesome job at figuring this out. I am not supposed to eat rice but once you perfect your brown rice sourdough I would love to know how it works. And might consider trying it. Thank you for all you do!

Can Layla have fish? They do sell gluten free fish sticks and chicken nuggets that are pretty good.

Sprouts might be another place to try. I wonder if Azure Standard has them? If you go to Trader Joe’s you’ll find lots of goodies for Layla. Be sure to grab their brownie mix, it is loved by even my non gluten free family members.

I forgot. Never tried the fish sticks, but they do have some. Good luck. So hard for gluten free foods. Orange juice with calcium is not gluten free. Not listed on bottle, my sister got deathly ill then called company and is produced with gluten

I can’t find any around here (yet). And she can’t have orange juice either so I guess I don’t need to worry about that either 😂

Maybe get some ground turkey and clean turkey hotdogs. Can she have non coated fish ? You will figure it out . Dinner looks good . Thank you ! 🌸🦋🌸
