The handles of the frying pan should be on the side so that when you fry the ladle or chippa karandi will not tilt the vanali. Pl tell how you made this mistake?

This is how she is comfortable with using the frying pan. It can’t be called a mistake because it is her style. While it is usually considered a good practice to have the handle on the sides for reasons of comfort (to hold the pan without tipping it over) some people are comfortable with a different way of using it. She has already explained it clearly in one of her videos.
