The fact that Ningguang (basically the governor/president) of Liyue is a 4* characters seems rather offset for me, but I'm glad she's easier to obtain for such powerful figures 😂

I think it's probably because there's a big patch coming to their other game honkai. Plus, the collab with Evangelion might have split the staff even more since that took a lot more work than I thought it would.

This entire animation is Keqing flexing on Mona about her wealth before being out flexed by Ningguang....I love it!

I have an Idea for MIHOYO, they should make quests on where we get the POV of diffrent characters. It's like giving you a trial character and you can't olay as the Traveler or any other character that isn't part of the quest.
