Previously she has worked for the German national team and Bayern Munich and is one of the leading experts in her field.
In this exclusive interview from AXA Training Centre she tells us how by chance she ended up working in international top flight football, and about her hunger for innovation and knowledge and she shares her inspirational inputs of how to follow your dreams - big and small.
She also shares how she and her team at LFC worked through the challenging times of lockdown in England during the covid pandemic - in a season Liverpool FC ended up winning the Premier League.
