More popular yes. Become big, no. Unless they are extremely pretty like RV or Twice, extremely memorable like GFriend, extremely beloved like IOI, extremely talented like Blackpink or at least extremely promising like Pledis Girls. If they do not have something special (like EXID or Mamamoo), they won't go anywhere.

Agree. From the beginning of this group to whenever it ends, Nancy will draw controversy for several reasons. She is the youngest - only 16, she has public exposure from her acting experience, she gets a lot of screen time, she's Eurasian. But the fact is that, even though she's not the leader, this group follows Nancy. It may intimidate some, but Nancy leads Momoland. And its working; she is elevating their dance and visuals and the group is improving because of it.

They actually improved so much! I'm impressed...

Hello there from 2019 with "I'm so hot" and the original 7 members from the debut

i think this debut worked so well for them - they're def cute but not exactly the type of sugary sweet and cute concept that blends into everyone else's, for some reason they pulled off having this uniquely quirky vibe and killed it with a super catchy hook. I can't help wondering how the song would sound if they'd found a way to get rid of the jjan koong kwang chorus and just left the babeh beh beh beh part, something about it is flat, though the point moves are simple and fitting enough that it kinda saves it

Yes its 7, the main girls you seen in the mv were Nancy, YeonWoo, HyeBin, & some of Nayun. The other girls has 2 second clips.

Tell us then, what does an "American" look like? That's Ah-In. She is Korean, but she has native-English language abilities, so you might think she's American if you met her. She actually has a S.E. Asian look, which does occur since Koreans are part S.E. Asian.

You are correct, OBI. Anyone who watched Momoland with a careful eye and ear would agree. Nancy is the only member who can consistently deliver vocals, dance, and visuals simultaneously on the live stage. Jooe (blonde) and Ah-in (twin tails) will impress if they can gain the ability to deliver their best vocals while dancing.

I disagree. Nancy is overrated. Yeon Woo is prettier than her, and the short bob girl is a better dancer with great energy on stage. Nancy doesn't even look very Korean, she's half white.

People who actually followed Finding Momoland will only know that this performance is at least a million times improvement. I am sorry but they were a mess on the show and most of the hate they receive stems from that(and the rest is for their name). Many thought they were not fit for debut plus they dropped their best vocalist on the show(she even left the company for another group now). Nancy receives so much hate for getting more screen time but she was the most consistent member on the survival show(never let us down in any episode) but then she had some sort of rumour or scandal (not sure) *sigh*. But I am glad I stuck around because they seem to have worked very hard and those fan chants make me feel proud for being a fan.

Accurate assessment. I look forward to seeing Heejae in Mixx. She will stand out there. They dropped another good vocalist: Shinsia. She was their best shot at a power lead. Dunno about these Duble Kick guys, but this group is working very hard and they are making good progress.
