İ answer myself ;D if you have two bars of combo charge you can perform fadc during hp dp but important thing Until second hit ;)

Can someone who knows about Street Fighter explain how Momochi won this matchup? It seems like Ken doesn't have any advantages, and Akuma's punishes are really strong...

Ken Also has big damage on Akuma Because of the Health difference, He has good normal buttons like Standing HK, Cr.mk, Mp, and Forward Hk and mk. So the matchup is pretty even,...at least to me
