He was blending into the roof and far away. Also, the camera we see from is right next to the guy screaming "he's got a gun" and the snipers are much further away. Lastly, the snipers DID take him out in seconds. The Secret Service are not superheroes who can perfectly shoot and know every situation within a second's time. I'm all for the fun of conspiracy theories, but EVERY TIME something happens anywhere is a bit much. There are over 8 billion people in the world. This can't be real. Secret Service Director said they didn't put anyone on that roof because it was sloped. This sniper is on a sloped roof so it can't be a Secret Service sniper. Ask the director.

surely the secret service would be flying drones to know whats on the other side of any roof - don't they have a mobile command centre - eg a huge van full of ctv screens? The man who witnessed the rifle-man/assassin climbing up on the roof said he out of sight of the s/service due to to the slope of the roof

Why did it take so long? How did this 20 year old, scale a wall, crawl into position, aim, and get off 8 shots before they took him out? He was dressed in camo, on a white roof. WTF. Americans need answers. How and why did the secret service fail?

Secret service are police. They have police on them because most people don't understand they are law enforcement. Pretty much every federal agency does this except the FBI for some reason.

The Secret Service sniper? Because he's law enforcement. The Secret Service in uniform, as well as many other agencies, uses the word "POLICE" to be clearly identified by the public as law enforcement.
