Omg! I'm so confused I just bought the 9 and it says you have to buy the right size for your nipple ?? Is that correct?

It comes with a standard size but you need to get inserts in you need something smaller than that. The inserts just go inside of the flange that it comes with. Hope that helps!
Is the s12 pro quieter than the s12 pro? If you had to pick which one is better, the m1 or s12 pro?

Yes the pro version is quieter! I use my S12 pro more than my M1 mostly because I can do the fridge hack with it easier
Which one of these allow you to pump while lying down

The only pump I know of where you can do that is the Willow 3.0
