Hi from Hamburg, Germany. Last week I found a video from Fabric Cafe. Then I immediately bought the book "Easy Peasy". The patterns are suitable not only for beginners. They are also great for quilting beginners. I have just been looking for such pattern. This was a good fit. Plus the size is great for a first or quick quilt. I like Donna's kits the best. Sorry John.

Thank you Donna lol. I have been trying to find fabric I like for the mudslide quilt. Very pretty. I do like John's floral selection. They are all beautiful quilts. Very nice and so glad you guys are always having fun. That's what it's all about. God bless y'all. Amazing quilts. I made 2 of those Button box Quilts in the same Kaffe Fassett fabric. I made 2 because 1 of my friends at work loved it so much she bought if from me lol.

So hard to choose as I liked all! Bright and Bold tied.. Floral- John and Holiday-Donna. Great fabrics! And a good choice of patterns.

Round 1 Mom Round 2 Son Round 3 Son They were all very nice.

What a fun challenge! I truly love both of the kaffe quilts. The fabrics and patterns selected perfectly highlighted these selections. As far as the competition, I love Donna's winter rose fabric and John's country pride fabric. The competition ended in a tie! Please keep making these fun to watch videos.

So much fun to watch. All kits nice.

I just love your Challenge video's. On this one I loved Donna's pick for the Bright and Bold. I loved the flowers with the pink and green together. John won for me on the Floral fabric. I loved the rose fabric that he choose. Now on the holiday fabric one I wasn't to fond of either one. That is because of it not being my type of fabric. You both did a great job, and I enjoy watching your videos.

Son gets #1 for the first category. Mom gets kudos for the Holiday category, but i didn’t care for either in the Floral category. You are lots of fun to watch though! Keep up the good work!

Love the mom and son relationship. I have 3 sons myself and adore time with them. I vote bold- Donna, floral- John, holiday- John. On a side note...I started watching your channel a while ago when I started cancer treatment. When I can't sleep, I always see what's new and I love it. Made my first 3 yard quilt and have a book. 💙

Bright & Bold, I choose Donna’s. Floral Category, I really liked John’s choice. Holiday, I really liked the pattern Old Glory that John chose but, when I think of holidays, Christmas comes to mind so, I’m going with Donna’s Holiday choice. Thanks for a great time of sharing.

All so close...but Donna on Bright and Bold; tie on the Floral; John on the Holiday! Love your videos (and your 3-Yard Quilts...have several in process).

I love them all but have two I really like, A Riot of Color and the Old Glory. I can’t pick just one.

2nd pick my favorite is John's . I love some solids with roses

Bold - Mom Floral - tie Holiday - Mom (I live in Florida so love mixing aquas in with the traditional holiday colors) You both did a wonderful job marching great quipt oatterns with each of the fabric combos. One might think you did that for a living.😁😋

This was fun to watch. For bold, I have to pick Donna. For floral, I was torn. I preferred John's focus fabric, but you both went with the neutral tones for the other 2 and I wasn't a fan. Holidays was also an issue. I loved Donna's focus fabric. I wish she had concentrated on the teal/ aqua color instead of playing it safe with red and green. John's choice was too predictable. I would have liked to see maybe one of wood fabrics for the redand the bandana for the blue and maybe a metallic for the white.
