Regarding your fingertip swollen . It might be caused by the nails you are wearing.. sometime you can get an infection if you constantly use UV for nail applications. Do research on it .

The only option is to not apply nail for atleast 3 months until you heal . And make sure you get professional nail tech do your nails .
