Note that they did two TEDx appearances. The response to their 2016 appearance was so overwhelming that they were asked to come back in 2017. The second appearance is the one most comments refers to. When you watch it, listen to the spoken parts between the songs as well. Absolutely determined young women. It's not apparent to me but even years later they talk about how nervous the speaking was, the music was no problem but talking to an auditorium like that made the ladies nervous.

There is nothing better than watching these young women Rock out. It makes my heart sing. I am so proud of them

I agree, their parents have given these three every kind of assistance possible. Both parents even became employees of the band (leaving their jobs as a dentist and engineer) to enable their daughters to tour with help and supervision. They are an amazing family.

Theres an amazing story behind this performance. In 2017 they said they did not want to be known as a cover band so they would not record or perform any more covers. Move ahead 3 years and they are doing a second night at the Whisky and they are told its the owners birthday and he loves the song Atlas Rise. The girls add it as the encore song that night even though they had not played it in 3 years. What a strong encore to a 23 song set.

It is really so much harder than it seems

Just a kick ass cover at the end of a two hour set of originals played at the request of a fan. By this time, Ale was exhausted and you can see it but that's Dany, Pau and Ale. They love their fans/supporters.

A great reaction! Thanks! The hard work and talent of Daniela really shows here, doing all of the front work on guitar and also vocals on this and also in a wide range of other songs. She has become a real pro, and is incredibly somehow still underrated or under appreciated by s lot of people, which I’ll never understand.

As more people are exposed to this amazing band, she will get the respect and recognition she deserves. Their star is rising, it’s just a matter of time.

What you say about those who instilled music in them, they explain or comment in their presentation at TEDx Nevada in 2017, where they performed 3 unforgettable songs. I recommend you watch that video. 😊

You are right, their parents sacrificed a lot for their daughters. But, I don't think you will ever see one once of regret from either of them. I have met them and they are the nicest people you could ever hope to meet. It is obvious where their daughters get their charm, grace, manners and humility. For the sisters it is a passion and it is obvious. They do what they do with such joy it is contagious!

yes they have the coolest parents instead of pushing the girls to become what they might have wanted they took the much more difficult route and let them loose to do their own thing with all the support they can give

So cool you picked this specific performance :D I was there, this was an encore after a LONG concert where they played most of the tracks on their first two albums

i cant wait for you to react to the TedX performance!!! it was a real pivotal point in their journey and you will see what a power house Pau is!!!

The most amazing part of this performance is that this was the 23rd song in a 23 song concert! They were dead tired (as you can see on Ale's face) but they still kicked ass!

Pau Told me I was warned in the 2nd Ted Talk they did, and there was no need to argue, she was 100% right. While their remake of Enter Sandman is a true master piece, Atlas Rise is my personal favorite cover, they have ever done. ⚡

There are plenty of stories of families that were pushed by their parents, but nothing is farther from the truth in this case. They have had the best kind of support 100% of the way, which is to give them the freedom to pursue their passion and stay out of the picture. It becomes quickly clear that the 3 girls make their own decisions based on their drive and love for the music. Doesn't hurt that they all have a pinch of talent as well. 😉

They've released publicly two songs from their pair of concerts in Mexico City last August: ANIMOSITY (kzread.info/dash/bejne/fWyKsrpmlMy4nJc.html) and Enter Sandman (kzread.info/dash/bejne/qJtt2LB-Z8rTYKw.html). Enter Sandman, of course, is also a cover of the Metallica song...in a way. But it's really their song. It was commissioned for the Metallica Blacklist album. They got paired up with Alessia Cara, a pop/R&B singer. There are various stories about how it came about, but in any event they only had a week to put it together. There are 6 versions of Enter Sandman on the Blacklist. The other 5 are stylistic adaptations. Metallica liked it enough that when Fox Sports asked them if they'd be willing to re-record it, they suggested this version. They produced a video for the studio version, but this live version is incomparably better, thanks in very large part to spectacular vocal work. They may have only one guitar, but they have three singers. ANIMOSITY, of course, is completely their song. There were something over 20 songs at the concert. I'm a mid-level Patreon member and so have heard three more, all of which are at least as good as the two I recommend. Top and now second level Patreon supporters have seen the whole thing, and have said that the entire concert is every bit as spectacular (as have people who were actually there in person). Their studio music is superb. Live recordings are better (good ones, at any rate). In person is just plain out of this world.

The Warning are always good enough for all your audiences. lol

Great to see reacting to my second favorite band after Nightwish. For future reaction I would suggest to react to their original material, as they have 1 EP and 3 full albums of great songs, plus they have pro shot live performances from most of them on their KZread channel.

1500 views in 10 hours, or 150 views an hour! Not bad!
