I feel bad for Lucas. I saw the sad expression on his face when his plane was taking off at 12:02 seconds. His face looked so sad as if he didn't really want to go or was looking at his hometown and thinking he'd loose Harper as a friend and girl friend or felt sad because he'd left the love of his life because he'd insulted her. ... I really hope he can forget Harper and find someone that truly loves him as a friend and boyfriend who'll be there for him thorugh everything... I hope that he also makes up with Harper and they beome 'just friends' again. Good luck in life Lucas! As for Harper, I hope she stops having anger issues like that! ya cuz she wasn't being transparent, and he rightfully got upset cuz she was flirting with this other guy and being intimate, and didn't tell him anything and kinda lied even when they were at the hospital. The only critique I have on Lucas is that he didn't make it clear that it was a heat-of-the-moment thing, and not officially over. Obviously, she doesn't have to be with him if she doesn't love him. But like literally she committed to trying to make things work-it doesn't matter if they are official, it's obvious that flirting with another guy while you're trying things out as a couple is cheating and gross. Lucas deserves better. This girl messed him up, and that hurts me. She was his best friend and she went behind his back. Like ya when he was at the hospital and he reacted emotionally and arrogantly, but who wouldn't? She literally went behind his back and wasn't transparent even now when his dad was in the hospital. She still lies saying he's "just a friend," when clearly she and he knows that isn't the case. And Lucas is observant because the other guy is a player, its noticeable, he's aware of that, that's why he warns her. Of course Lucas doesn't understand the other side to him and all this-but how could he know??? She never told Lucas!!! I love this art style so the visuals are enough to keep me watching, but Lucas got the short end of the stick.

I low key feel bad for Lucas, he has my sympathy. Harper didn’t really like him but lead him on when Lucas clearly had feelings for her, she ditched him on his birthday, was talking to Zane even though Lucas and her were dating, let Zane flirt with her without telling him, and literally once he came to do her a favor and bring her lunch, he sees her flirting with another boy - and then Harper victimizes herself and makes him seem like the bad guy, which she was. Lucas had a right to be angry, not to mention that he was probably overwhelmed, upset, and insecure over the fact the the girl he loved for years instantly ditched him for a guy she barely met. Imagine that. Then, the day Lucas’s father was sitting in the hospital, near death - Lucas and her talk, and he was rightfully angry and said things he didn’t mean, and Harper fully reacted and slapped him right on his face, being insensitive she basically ruined his whole current love life, and didn’t care about the fact that maybe Lucas was emotionally hurt, but it’s okay when she emotionally hurt? He’s the one who comforts her. Harper honestly made me really upset.

sure she was wrong in some parts but he's a red flag he makes decisions out of his emotion also he did not think well when they argued. ofc anyone would get mad if they found out their partner liked another person, harper was still not used to keeping up in class because just as she stated her mother injured herself so she had to work partime(yes sure what she did in the job was easy) and they broke up before she failed a test so ofc she would get unmotivated. i do respect your opinion tho

I feel so bad for lucas and Harper didn't even think once about lucas and how he felt when she slapped him. Poor guy was already stressed from a puzzling love story and now his dad is swinging between life and death jealousy took the best of him but he loved and support Harper when no one did. I would've gone up to Harper and asked for an explanation. Then, I would've sat her down and given her a one-on-one, heart-to-heart. If she wanted to go be with someone else, she could call it right then and no hard feelings, and we'd stay best friends after I took some distance to heal up. But if she _truly_ meant that Zane meant nothing to her romantically, and she really wanted me, then things could continue between us. But I'd of warned that if she chose me, only to break my heart later for that boy or another, then that'd be it for us and our friendship. Because at the end of the day, if a friend cannot give you that level of respect and common courtesy, then they're not a true friend to begin with. _Especially_ if you're in a relationship. Clear communication and boundaries is a lifesaver. But yes, Harper was 100% in the wrong here for her behavior. She lead him on and oogled at another guy, and lied about it. Smh.

They are extremely lactose intolerant and they would get incurably bad Diarrhea and even thought they like to drink it its not good for them in the long run. Yes he had been there for her and supporting her when they were besties but after a few years he totally changed. Can't blame him Harper should have told the truth about her relationship with Zane but Lucas didn't have a right to insult her after just forgiving him. Also a real bestie supports your friend's career and loves you for who you truly are he didn't need to talk about her singing career that way knowing music means everything.
