Mom-in-law Shames Son’s Girl |

When a guy introduced his gorgeous girlfriend to his overbearing mother, the drama that followed was unbelievable! The woman immediately jumped to conclusions by labeling her a gold digger and wrecking havoc in their lives. But... was everything really as it seemed? In the woman's mind, she was just going to great lengths in order to "protect" her son from what she believed to be a toxic relationship. On the other hand, the girl faced an uphill battle, in which she had to prove her love and dedication to her boyfriend...

The husband should watch the Korean movie, 'The Hole' 올가미 released in 1997, starred by CHOI Ji-Woo, (Actually I would like to translate the movie title 올가미 into 'The Rope Trap'?) especially the Scary 😱scene of taking shower, the husband and the husband's mother. Just do not bother the two of them, just leave, run away and let them live together forever. lol My life is more precious so I do not want to fix them. lol

I can't blame Rachel for breaking up with the mama's boy! Apparently the mother wants to be her son's only woman in his life that she would chase off any woman she views as competition. I'm sorry but I don't want to be a part of a family who'll disrespects me and do anything to ruin a relationship, even looking for only something negative in a person. Yes everyone has a past but it doesn't reflect who the person is in the present if they changed for the better. Yes, the guy should just be with his mommy!

Rachel made the right decision and deserves better. If he truly loved her from the beginning, nothing his mother said or did would have so much as scratched his resolve. I disagree. Loving does not mean being blind. And if there are serious clues, you should be concerned. You can blame him for not asking her directly, but they are not the only couple with a lack of communication. That’s makeable. The test made some trouble, but it didn’t really hurt anyone, so there is not that big of a problem with it. What a prideful ignorant idiot can you be to throw something as valuable as love away for such a bullshit? If the mother had complained again, she would have gotten her contact brake.

  • @animebutterfly119

    @animebutterfly119

@@chessplayer1202 it hurt her greatly. I don't think you're considering the efforts and choices she made under the belief that he was being indicted. She abandoned her modeling dreams to take up a waitressing job to support them. She rented a small apartment with whatever money she personally had on hand as she would have assumed his assets were frozen and not available. And if she didn't have enough on hand she would have sold items to get enough. You saw only a fraction of the scenario, while forgetting to consider what happened off screen. Imagine the immense turmoil and anxiety and shock you would feel to watch the person you live get taken away in handcuffs and knowing you don't have time to wallow in your sorrow and fear but have to act fast to salvage what you can for you and them to survive in when they get released. You're nauseous from the fear and the worry and the complete unknown and there is no one to help or comfort you. Sure you can tell your parents, and assuming they don't judge your partner and actually like them, they're devastated at this news and suddenly your partner is their #1 hated person for putting YOU in danger along with them. You've spent the entire day in your own personal hell while focusing your worry on them despite your personal turmoil. Only to walk in and see them standing there, and you're happy at first, but then they drop the bomb on you. It was all a lie. There was never an indictment. The cops were paid actors. They were just testing you to see what you would do because the unsubstantiated rumors and twisted truths meant more to them and were more reliable to them than your word and your sincerity. But nobody was PHYSICALLY hurt so... Alls well that ends well, right? If you need to test your partner to determine whether or not you trust them and believe them, then you don't love them and don't deserve to be with them.

@@animebutterfly119 I see. I did not get this, I admit it. But still: Can she blame him for all the irrational decisions she made during her horror? I mean her career is ruined right now and she has a waitress job. Does she really prefer being alone now over being with him? I understand that the drama needs to make clear points, but really, the relation feels so worthless to be thrown away like this. You can argue the guy threw it away, but still. That may have been a one time mistake. And there are more decent ways to test your partner.

  • @animebutterfly119

@@chessplayer1202 would you honestly want to stay with someone that put you through that kind of bs just to test you? Would you really be okay laying down next to the person who just told you they didn't believe you truly loved them but that you were just with them for their money? I couldn't. I would never be able to look at them the same. Your partner, regardless of the dominant role in the relationship, is and should always be your biggest ally and the person you can trust to protect you when push comes to shove. What decisions do you consider to have been irrational? I'm genuinely curious. She watched her partner get taken in handcuffs, was told he was facing fraud charges, he lead her to believe the charges were valid by telling her he was sorry and could not explain right then. Charges like that have automatic processes... Asset seizure, frozen bank accounts, frozen credit cards, and in many cases the criminal's partner is also arrested until detectives can determine whether they were involved or complacent to the fraudulent activity. Frankly, had it not been a ruse, she would not have been able to remove anything other than her ID and documents and maybe a few very minor personal affects if the authorities felt generous, from the property. She had very little time to act in order to insure that they had a place to live that they could afford, income with which to afford it, and what few clothing and personal items she could gather in order to get them through this so that more money didn't need to be spent replacing it all. Granted this is all completely hypothetical and assumption based since we don't actually SEE her exact actions and I'm only able to go off of what she told him and filling in the blanks. But I feel my point still stands as a reasonable and valid assertion.

For example if u were promiscuous or was an escort.. & u cannot consider those as a "mistake"... The defitinion of mistake is some action u did which had a result which u never thought wud come out... But being an escort or promiusous is something done by ur own free will & choice.... Also even if some ppl say they have changed other ppl shudnt always forgive them... Coz they dont owe them anything for their own bad choices they made in life

Another one of your terrific stories that centre on one of life's issues that have broken so many couples apart. I don't know if he will ever truly change, so I think she did the right thing by ending their relationship when she did. If she hadn't done so, she risked spending the rest of her life continually being tested. That would be a life nobody should have to put up with. How you and your group manage to constantly come up with these great ideas for stories amazes me. All the actors and actresses play their part so well that I find myself actually starting to think I'm seeing the real issue happen for real, rather than only in a video. It takes real talent to portray such emotions to the audience. Your cast is FIRST CLASS all the way. Keep up the good work. If I may, I would like to make one comment. At the end of the video you inserted some music and it was very distracting. It had nothing to do with the video and was so LOUD that it almost drowned out the people's voices. It wasn't realistic because if that situation where she walked out on him would have been real life, I hardly think anyone would have been playing music at that moment. That would have been the last thing on his mind. I know it seems to be the trend nowadays for KZread videos to have some kind of loud music, but it adds NOTHING, and instead, spoils the whole effect the video has tried to project. PLEASE go back to your tried-and-true format of simply telling the story and leave it at that. That system has proven itself effective, or else you would not have the large following of loyal fans you have. Please give this some series (my edit: Oops, should be 'serious' and not 'series') thought in the future.

There is an ancient Japanese proverb that says for marrital happiness: A son is a son until he marries. A daughter is a daughter, is always a daughter, especially after she marries. This story just reinforces that proverb. If he was going to be happy in marriage, he should be his own man and ignore meddling mothers -- mothers that believe, no woman is good enough for my son. If you are a son and buy into any of this and are bound with apron strings, the marriage is doomed. On the other hand, Rachel, the fiancée, telling anyone to "shut up" is unacceptable behavior in my book. Secondly, where does someone that you ask to marry does not tell you that they were previously married. They never said that they had gotten a legal divorce. Thirdly, why did she not share the news that her image is plastered all over the internet on dating sites with text saying that she wants to marry money. Just one of these would give me pause, but all thress, I would ask her for my ring back. So, this was an interesting video and both parties are at fault, which make it a well written episode. You can choose your own bad guy and reason the union will not work.

Prophet jesus really caring and love his mother, thats what all christian should do, respect and love their mother even the bad one. Prophet jesus said, i do not come to deny any law in torah but to complete it. Anyone who ignore single law even the little law, they will get the lowest place in kingdom(hell). Prophet jesus also said take your cross and follow me(his teachings) but today many christian not follow what prophet jesus teaches but follow what paul and church teach. Many muslims and jews really follow what prophet jesus teaches.

There is a subtle difference between a test of love and skeptic of what have been told to the point of portraying someone as disgrace. After this, he never brought another woman home to her again, in fact his visits became less and less frequent, until one day, it stopped all together. Social media was deleted and his number changed and he moved. Wasnt until 2 years later she saw his picture in on the web...a wedding announcement. He had gotten married and she never knew, nor was invited. None of his friends will tell her anything, nothing more than what was shared online. She had nothing of him, but the memories of him in infancy, childhood and adolescence...nothing of him as grown man off to atart his own family. Nothing

Really touching story. Son's mother wishes only good for her son. Bride is also interested in her potential marriage. She tries her best for that. Mother and her potential daughter-in- law didn't found common sides, interests to say the least so the son stayed with nothing which unfortunately he hadn't foreseen but he should have anticipated it.

Great video open honest communication is definitely important yeah very lacking in couples in movies and TV I know that's mostly for drama and storytelling purposes and I hate that the mother said "there's no way someone like you can love my son" does she think highly of her son at all and it was neat that even though she didn't think much of them at first she gave them the time of day because he gave her kindness he was willing to give her an umbrella and walk away and the Mother wasn't protecting him what she was doing was purely selfish and unfortunately he refused to trust her and now he lost her and the mother doesn't seem to regret a thing someday he'll get a new girlfriend and I don't think he'll be introducing her to his mom anytime soon

Cant blame Rachel. She loved him truly and the mama's boy chose to believe his mom and put Rachel into tests for her to prove that she loved him for what he is and not for money ? What would he have done if she had done that to test him ? Glad she left him and agree with her that who knows if he would test her again in future to prove herself ? Goodluck with him and his self centred mom. They can hold hands and live happily ever after with each other !

I enjoyed your video as always. I believe the woman made the right decision by leaving. She doesn’t deserve to deal with her boyfriend overbearing mother. These mothers sometimes act like they’re their sons women. I thought she should have told him when her friend showed up without him knowing. Overall, he was a momma’s boy who needed to be alone.

Mrs Jackson was rude to Rachel, she already hated her from start!!! Insecurities were talking through the hateful mother, she couldn't see her son being happy for once!!! But to brand Rachel as a gold-digger and cheater, she was really out of bounds!!! This has to end, it will be too awkward for resolution!!! Roping Rachel's ex into the family drama will end up with restraining order against Mom!!! Grow up lady, this is toxic and unhealthy, you even roped in the police on Benjamin!!! Bloody woman!!!

So she never even loved him. To walk away so easily means that she failed. She was only with him because of the moment of infatuation with the umbrella. Woman who marry rich guys almost seem more respectable compared to this women. At least they stay with them for life. This woman said goodbye on a whim. Also it is crazy to move all his stuff out on a whim to a different apartment without asking him. Moving apartments should be a decision of both partners. She made herself suspicious by being drunk with that guy with his shirt off. Why not tell him that his gay sooner? Imagine finding your boyfriend at home being drunk with a topless girl than forgetting to mention she is a lesbian and he was married to her. You cant blame the guy for testing her. So she dumps him because he tested her and also you go to realize that every man has a mother and you might not like her but that is no reason to dump him. It is not a matter of choosing between mother or girlfriend like some kindergarten rivalry.
