I saw Molly as Sally Bowles in Cabaret on Broadway in 2002. I don't know if she came back for a more recent run. As to her performance, I was skeptical before the show but I was a total fan walking out. She was excellent.

Same here! It was around May 2002, at Studio 54. I’ll have to dig out my program. Also with Polly Bergen. Molly and Polly, I loved it!

I love seeing costume differences and they sure did build a whole new set for Molly. I think Molly's dress here definitely gives it more of a little girl vibe with the almost empress waistline (nearly, but not quite) and the cap sleeves. The bow placement in her hair is completely different too. Interesting stuff, that.

Was that the little ditty she croaked out about pollution with lines like "the water's junky, the air is chunky, stop messing up the planet you turkeys!'

+Iliyana Serrano it's part of the concept. it's not like the movie where the kit kat club was a nice place. for this revial they made it look run down place . the costumes are ripped stocking have runs in them.etc etc

Jeeeeeeezuz! I’ve done this show 3x throughout the years in community theater, and can honestly say.....this choreography is absolutely humiliating. And it’s supposed to be professional?!!! I GET Fosse! This ain’t anywhere near! Such a sloppy insult to what this show should showcase and the artistry that went into initially creating it.

This is probably the worst Sally >.< her voice is horrible and annoying and her accent is not convincing one bit. And there's no emotion. She's just going through the motions I feel. (And yes, I know Sally is supposed to have a not so good voice)

Ringwald lasted only 4 months in Cabaret, because she was difficult to the cast and crew.
