I think she's looking at Callum as maybe being the safer, more trustworthy choice than Toby, because of what Toby did back 3 weeks ago. She's more physically attracted to Toby, than Callum, but may think Callum is the more dependable option. Toby is very fickle, he could drop her if she starts getting too wearing! Deep down she's aware of that!
