Mollusca I : Bivalves and Gastropods

Үй жануарлары мен аңдар

Evolution of Molluscs Part 1/3
First you'll sea history about early molluscs and then some specifications of bivalves and gastropods. These two developped a shell to protect their soft bodies. This shell is mostly the only part of their body that have fossilized and can be studied now by paleontologists.

When you show current organisms, if possible, could you please show the date of earliest fossils evidence of them? It would be cool to see how long stuff has been the same.

hey! anthony. im not great with video editing but i just wanted to tell you some tips: 1) The absense of music is really killing me. do you think you could get some simple calming music to play? the silence is just painful. 2) something ive noticed is that when you're still talking about one species, the video seems to already move on to another species. do you think it would be possible for you to try and get the video and audio to sync up better? 3) one of my personal favourites of your videos was the "evolution of early fish" and this was mainly due to the fact that there were videos playing along side, instead of only static images. of course i perfectly understand if you cannot do this one. thats pretty much it. other than that i really do enjoy your videos and find them very fun to watch.

Thank you for your comment, I appreciate to read your opinion. I can try more videos with music. Have seen my videos about speculative evolution? They are not really accurate but there is some music

Anthöny Pain I definitely have seen those, infact those were the videos that introduced me to your channel! It was a really interesting concept, maybe later you could revisit it and try to make it more accurate. even though it wasnt the most plausible/realistic thing. Seeing new creatures evolve was still quite facinating in my opinion, and a part of me wants to see you make another one.

I don't think "gasteropoda" is correct. You have a video of a razor clam while you are talking about a geoduck.
