What I think she really questions is the difference between your identity (how others perceive you/how you perceive yourself) versus her inner self, her inner voice. Your identity and your consciousness - those are generally referenced as "me" but are quite different things.

There is no real you or me. I only exist in one body and change personalities for person to person. I live whit numbers of "me-s" in one body. Till I don't know who am I any more and don't know how to explain feelings, because I shut them out and leave them behind. Living inside of a fantasy created by your head is the worst but i can't stop in any way because its my only way of co-oping. Having multiple versions in your self makes you belive you don't exist anymore.
