Hi guys! This video is about mold toxicity symptoms. After experiencing a massive flood in my apartment building 4 years ago, I had many mold related health problems, and it took quite a while to figure out what was going on with me. The symptoms of mold exposure are sometimes vague and diffuse, and it can be difficult to diagnose. I wanted to make a video explaining some of the things that I went through, in case it may help someone who is having similar symptoms figure out what may be causing them to feel unwell. I had extreme fatigue, rosacea, could not sleep, trouble breathing, hives, GI upset, anxiety, sneezing and coughing and more. I don't normally talk too much about my mold exposure, but have learned a great deal the last few years in my healing process, and share it in hopes that if it has had an effect on you or a loved one, you will learn something from this.
As usual, stay healthy and beautiful!

I'm a physician who almost died from mold toxicty. When I finally figured out what was going on (no thanks to my $500,000 education and 20+ years of experience as a family medicine pcp, which was all totally worthless in this regard!), I quit my job and re-trained as a Functional Medicine doctor. Best choice I ever made, I finally feel like I'm a "real doctor". Don't see a conventional doctor if you suspect mold. You'll likely only end up with a prescription for Prozac!!

Wow! I am in complete agreement with you. I tell people this over and over. Yet people still continuously tell me that they are going to make their dr run mold tests (which would really be mycotoxin tests). Even if the dr would run these tests, conventional drs are not trained on how to treat it. A friend of mine has a very similar story to yours.

I had black mold poisoning. Went to many doctors trying to figure out what was going on, they tried to tell me I had anxiety as well. My hair was coming out, I was having asthma attacks, acid reflux, twitching, jerking, insomnia etc. it wasn’t until I had a full allergy attack with my eyes swelling up, I realize something was in my home. I had to leave my home, still was sick. Had to go to the holistic doctor who found 15 molds in my blood work and it was extremely high. Immediately, he started me on detox. I had to change my diet, and take many supplements. I left my home after spending lots of money on remediation. I had to move several times because every place I move had mold and I was now hypersensitive to mold. I had to move into new construction. Mold is a silent killer. It actually causes brain damage

It’s very important to know that not everyone has the same symptoms from mold. Some people are more able to detox from it on a daily basis, while others just re-circulate the mold toxins. That is why it can make you feel crazy when you get sick from it. You could be the only one in your family that has symptoms. That was basically what happened with me and Jeff.

💯 correct. Sadly most healthcare providers know nothing about mold toxicity and never bother looking into it since they aren't getting paid to do so outside your appointment. My spouse and I both got sick out of nowhere (differently though which is why it took us awhile to figure it out) and our cat who was doing well on his protocol for renal disease suddenly died two months after exposure from multiple organ failure. Mold toxicity is the WORST thing to have. No one understands that has never dealt with it. People think it is just allergies. It actually destroys you from a cellular level. We had a professional specializing in Toxicology and Environmental illnesses point out this fact----If you break a leg you can clearly see the bone is broken. If you are exposed to mold toxins you look physically normal and can't see the damage being done.

@@MeganGraham We are unfortunately still dealing with everything and it feels like our health will never return to what it was. This area needs to be taught more in healthcare and I believe many people are misdiagnosed with something when it is likely from some sort of mold exposure. Something similar happened to me with my reverse osmosis water filtration system. Basically, the system started growing bacteria and I was drinking it daily. I was so sick. I did everything you did, I eat healthy to start with but I had to go down to the BRAT diet and I was still so sick. I went to 3 different doctors and no one would listen. After almost two years of being very ill and having no life I was in so much pain I noticed when I was filling my coffee pot that the water looked to have a gelatinous consistency and it hit me. The water. It’s the only thing I didn’t cut out. I stopped brushing my teeth, thinking it was toothpaste. I stopped using the system and within a week I was back to feeling ok, and after about a month I was completely back to normal. I have a life again. It was my water! NO doctor would have taken the time to figure that out. It’s been about 6 months and I’m still doing ok! I knew something was making me sick, it just took two years to find it.

From the research I’ve done, I’ve concluded 1) I should have been cleaning the system regularly but I did not know that. 2) when I would leave my house for a week at a time the water in the system had time to create a bio film that just got worse and worse and once it starts it just grows exponentially. That’s what I think happened. I got the system because I get letters every year from the water department notifying me my water has high levels of cancer causing metals. Seems like some sort of bottled water is the only way to go 🤷🏻‍♀️

Reminds me of a time my 1st wife with declining health issues and I had first moved interstate to be near the children & grandchildren. I noticed a slight leak in the basement and tried to fix it with a water sealant. It turned out that my wife, who was bedridden at the time and couldn't leave became allergic to the fumes even though any that escaped the basement were completely odorless and undetectable by sense of smell by the time they reached the bedroom. I had to stop immediately and leave the job less than half done. We had some heavy rain around that time and water came in turning everything stored in the basement into a giant petri dish of black mold. I cleared out the basement and nothing was salvagable because the mold was everywhere. I started having severe asthma attacks even though I hadn't had asthma for the first 40 some years of my life up to that point and had quit smoking years before. We promptly moved, but being that I was working as a finishing carpenter at a local chair factory, I continued to have severe asthma. This mold is present in tiny amounts in sawdust and continued to have severe asthma attacks on top of allergic rhinitis that caused constant congestion, runny nose and a 24/7 case of post nasal drip that gave me coughing spells that tempted me to call the police on myself for disturbing the peace. These coughing spells would trigger the asthma, which I nicknamed "my swamp nose bronchitis" because my nose would fill and run both ways before my attacks. I then went to the Dr. where I was diagnosed with allergic asthma. Being that my immune system had identified the mold and the toxin as a threat, it had mounted a fierce defense and then launched a counter offensive against it. In other words, I had become deathly allergic to the black mold to the point that the minute amounts present in sawdust at my job were triggering my asthma similar to how a passenger flying coach on an airplane can open a bag of peanuts and make some poor peanut allergic soul at the other end of the plane in 1st class go into anaphilaxia. I was treated with allergy medication and an inhaler that I used as prescribed every 4 hrs., but the asthma would return in 2 hrs and I had to ride out my asthma the next two hours. Insomniac to start with, I became even more sleep deprived to the point where I started to have sleep deprivation hallucinations. The Dr increased my types of medication to 4 different types (2 pill meds, a prescription nose spray and my albuterol inhaler), all of which were steroids in a desperate attempt to get my immune system to back off from going after the spores & toxins & destroying my respiratory tract in the crossfire. It worked too well (but not on the asthma though). Little did I realize that the treatments caused my white cell counts to drop to dangerously low levels, thus causing an opportunistic bacterial infection to tear through my entire GI system. I was rushed to the hospital with a dangerously high fever and abdominal pains on a scale of 1 to ten with 10 being the worst possible, mine being at 50. where I had to have emergency surgery where I lost 1/3 of my colon, some of my large intestine and my appendix in the deal. I also nearly lost my life as the doctor and his staff of nurses later told me and my wife that they didn't even know how I was still alive, being I coded (flatlined) and had to be resuccitated several times during the operation and due to my insides rupturing and spilling their contents into my abdominal cavity on top of my compromised immune system, the doctor said that he didn't expect me to last the night post op. By some miracle though, I pulled through. Anyhow, I recovered and when I left that job (and the sawdust), it was like a Biblical miracle. My severe asthma went away to the point where I now only have to use an inhaler a few times a year during say, a bad allergy season and take an over the counter allergy pill. Anyhow, that was my experience with black mold. It is definitely bad news. I almost died from it and the complications arising from efforts to medically fight it.

@@MeganGraham She wasn't affected as far as I know being that I took the brunt of the black mold that happened about a year or so after I had to stop trying to fix the leak due to her allergies to the sealant when I discovered it all over everything and exposed myself to it cleaning it out & hauling moldy items to the trash. She died about 3 years later of causes not related to black molds or allergic reactions. She passed away from respiratory failure due to a stoke she suffered while undergoing quadruple bypass surgery that in turn was due to clogged arteries and congestive heart failure that started when she had a silent heart attack the summer of 07, right after I recovered from a 2nd surgery. She had other issues unrelated to the mold, which were why her health was failing and I had to take care of her before her heart issues snuck up on us.

I’m finally in a place that’s “fixable” & I’ll be cleaning my body out after about 19 years of mold exposure, from black mold, to penicillium/aspergillis types. There have been times where due to the exposure I’ve felt like I was on drugs for up to 4 days. It’s messed with my hormones, I’ve had major hairloss (thank goodness I look cute with super short hair) skin eruptions, nose bleeds, nausea, vomiting, feeling disoriented, dry skin, stomach trouble, gas/bloating, a miscarriage, leaky gut, kidney & dental problems due to highly acidic saliva even while on a SUPER healthy diet. It’s been exhausting & for the majority of that time my family didn’t believe me & thought I was crazy. 😞

My daughter lived in her home for 3 years before developing symptoms from mold toxicity. She began to have seizures along with anxiety, fatigue, memory loss, and skin issues. Functional dr diagnosed her with very high black mold in her blood. She is on the journey back to health but struggling still after 8 months with seizures. Can’t work or drive so life is over as she knew it. Sad that all a dr can do is put you on medications for anxiety or seizure disorder which makes everything worse !getting to the root cause will hopefully bring my beautiful daughter back to her life once again …thanks for sharing your story awareness is the first step towards healing.

I found toxic mold, Stachybotrys, in the kitchen wall in my apartment in Feb 2017. I had been exposed for 1.5 years. I remember laying in my bed feeling like my body was on fire. I remember wanting to die too. I had all those symptoms you described and more. I remember sneezing 50 times in a row multiple times a day. I prayed every day to understand what was happening to me and to have relief. And then, one morning in Feb 2017, I heard a story on the radio about a woman who had been exposed to toxic mold for like 17 years-her symptoms were an extreme version of mine but I could still relate. Especially the brain fog-I felt like I was in a tunnel all the time. I was so tired I could barely move most of the day. Towards the end of the mystery that was toxic mold-I was in bed 3/4 of the time and could not work. The news story actually saved my life. I am definitely genetically unable to clear the mycotoxins. I still struggle even after 7+ years. But I am definitely worlds better than I was. I had my apartment tested and the toxic mold spore count was extremely high, so much so, the testing company told me to get out of there asap. So I fled my home and lived in a hotel for like 8 weeks. I lost nearly all my possessions but I am still alive. About a month after I moved into the moldhole in 2015-I developed bacterial pneumonia. That was the red flag. I had never had pneumonia in my life. And from there it was all downhill. Currently, I don’t drink alcohol, My refined sugar consumption is no more than 10 grams a day. I did the binder thing early on with a mold specialist doctor-but it caused herzheimer syndrome from killing all the mold toxins so I had to stop with the charcoal binders. I developed hypersensitivity Pneumonitis-and I am constantly triggered by allergens on the regular-especially chemical fragrances. I’ve been to the ER from not being able to breathe too. It’s a constant vigilant battle even 7 years later but I have learned so much about biology and toxic mold. For awhile I stayed away from eating mushrooms but last year I slowly introduced them back into my diet. I think the biggest battle I have are the permanent allergies and hypersensitivity pneumonitis. I’m seeing this video 1 year later so I know you are probably doing better. I wish you so well, and thank you for sharing your story!! *your cat is adorable btw*

Luckily I was able to ween myself off of asthma medication around the age of 10 and I think it took me another decade after that to build my lung capacity up to where it is now, what I consider between normal and fit. I only lived in that house for 6 months and it affected the first quarter of my life noticeably.

I am grateful that you shared your story. I haven't gotten test results yet but I am trusting my intuition and listening to my gut that I definitely have hidden mold in the house. After experiencing unexplained hairless for 4 years I finally conceded it could be parasites. I have been slowing cleansing parasites out of my system but I am feeling even worse. It turns out it's extremely common for parasites, mold and fungus all to attack the host at the same time.Furthermore they feed off heavy metals that, like toxins such as glyphosate, are everyone including our bodies. I can actually feel it in my lungs and throat when I am breathing mold spores. I have lost all motivation to do anything and I am pretty resigned to mediocrity which is not me at all. I wish you and anybody reading this that is struggling with their health nothing but love, recovery, peace, and restored health. Much love to you all.

We discovered black mold on the place c we moved into 6 months ago after finding mold in the house we had previously lived in for almost 7 years. When my son moved here I was on hospice. I went to visit my granddaughter and her family in Florida for a month and I was sick unable to eat anything but crackers and water for the entire time They have a nice home. Unfortunately just found out their home is covered in black mold from the ceiling in 5 rooms and have already spent thousands of dollars trying to get rid of it.I am serious Anyway I get back home the end of July find out the mold is everywhere behind the walls ,in the duct system and things in closets and some cabinets gave mold growing on them. Landlord is 86 y/o and has mouthing else available .I am on Social Security and my son receives disability .We cannot find a place to live in.that we can afford .I am really sick and he is now having what I think is mold toxicity. I have already lost 20 lbs. I do not know what to do abd on top of that will have to throw away anything porous. There are even cookware that has mold on them. I am 68 with very poor eyesight

Megan mentions air conditioners. Something that most people do not know is that today's window units are made with styrofoam cores. Styrofoam is a petri dish for moisture and that means mold. Take a look through the vent of your window unit using a flashlight - you'll see dark little spots. That's black mold. If you have sensitivities, it will make you quite ill and you won't even know it. Happened to me for 4 years straight starting the second year of having a new a/c. My old a/c - I realized years later, had a hard plastic core so it never caused any issues for me. Like Megan, I was terribly ill every summer and didn't know why. At the end of the fourth summer my beloved doggie threw up the tiniest drop of blood in what otherwise looked like bile. Four months later he had lumps under his skin and was diagnosed with blood cancer. I swear it was being closed in an apartment with a moldy a/c that did my beloved dear creature in. It was a painful, hideous death and I tried to save him until they essentially had to pry him from my hands. I had already found a little mold in an a/c vent that summer and assumed it must have been why I was feeling so awful. I moved to a house. It has continued here but not because of black mold. It turns out ambient mold that occurs because of a heavy rain and moisture getting into foundational basement walls and then mini-split a/c units breeding mold - eventhough I pay extra for the deepest clean before turning them on every year.... every summer it's the same thing. Just today I taped up the mini-splits and went out and bought window units because I have been ill for months. A few other symptoms that you would never put together are that anywhere you've previously had an injury is suddenly painful - you might think you need to go to the chiro or for regular massages. If you were sore during COVID - you'll feel the same with mold - it's all inflammation. If you learn you are sensitive - the wrong hotel can start it all over again. My company loves to put us up at a budget hotel by their HQ - I had to tell them that I can't stay there b/c I can tell there's mold. The air conditioning is a conundrum - but I learned that there are units that can go either in the window or wall - these dual purpose a/c's have to come with a sliding chasis - the guts of the a/c. This means that the core will slide out and you can more easily open it to clean it regularly. - That's what I just bought. I hope this information helps someone else. It's been an expensive education others should benefit from it too.

@@bonnieadams1829 Frederik. It can be easy to mix up units because they make the same unit in two different versions - with a slide out chasis and without. And it's in the fine print, most retailers are not used to even thinking about a slide out chasis. But they do know wall units - so you can ask about wall units where the chasis slides out - then they'll understand. But if you start with slide out chasis, they might not immediately understand what you're asking.

I've been to literally 30 doctors, all of them saying it was in my head. So I quit seeing them, started doing my own research along with ps1-ch3-de-l1c therapy, which lead me to the carnivore diet and after 1y and a half I solved a lot of symptoms and came to a mold toxicity possible diagnosis as it fits +90% of my symptoms, 11 of the 13 cluster symptoms for CIRS and I failed the VCS, so there is high probability. I also finally found a doc who won't be lazy af to tell it was in my head and actually work to solve this. I'm talking to Dr. Dorninger, who is absolutely great, he had gone through the same as I did, even the suicidal ideations and all, his soon had it too. He's great. I'll be starting CSM as soon as possible. Don't let them tell you is in your head!! Don't let them tell you is okay to be sick!!! My stomach bloating, rosacea, itchiness and swelling in certain places, breathing problems, fatigue, always having the feeling I was about to get sick. Also one you didn't mention: memory loss...?? Also anxiety, depression... I felt instantly better the moment I was outside the house. Now some years later, same symptoms. Especially a deep, dark depression. One time lately I noticed that the moment I put a certain duvet on top of me, the depressing thoughts came straightaway: "nothing makes any sense, there is no purpose etc...." Once I took it off me, those thoughts and feelings vanished immediately. I will get rid of it and buy a new one.

Thank you for posting this. I had a very similar experience, but from mold in my car for 2 years. So much of what you said from symptoms to severe impact on quality of life, to the actual path of recovery that the conventional medical industry is unfortunately behind on resonated with me. I’m happy you had friends who recognized the issue. The recovery process is not quick but it’s there. My saving grace was that I found an integrative medicine practitioner that assessed the problem as systemic and not localized.

I just went through a similar experience moving from Chicago into a rented beach home in Florida. I felt great when I got there - 2 weeks later I could barely move, had (and still have) bags under my eyes like never in my life. Within a month I gained 20 lbs from swelling. I looked and felt awful. And I still do. We just moved out (also had the mold remediated at our expense). Owners were far from caring. There’s a LONG story regarding these landlords. We have 4 dogs & I noticed their eyes were oddly red as well. I look forward to hearing what you’re doing to clear your system. It is so important that people are aware of mold toxicity. I share my experience with anyone who will listen. Thank you for deciding to make this video. Best to you and your pup(s). Oh yeah, I went to BC many years ago!

Wow! Your video seriously randomly popped up in my feed, and I'm so glad it did! It became apparent to me as you started mentioning your first symptoms that I have a mold problem. I have been able to smell it, particularly during winter. I also hear a leak in my HVAC venting system. I have already had numerous HVAC techs and a plumber come out, but no resolve. Ever since moving into this house, I get sick once fall hits and have felt like I've had walking pneumonia, but no tests show anything: no covid, no RSV, no pneumonia, nothing, except for testing for asthma, for which I got diagnosed and now have an inhaler. I have to consistently miss months of work each year. I have other weird health issues despite how healthy I eat and the supplements I take (though I would and have been worse w/o the supplements, so they do something!). Like you I "look" healthy. It is frustrating for practitioners to not investigate and ridiculous how superficial they are (I thought they were supposed to be highly educated?!). Also, it makes sense why my co-worker kept sneezing around me despite my good hygiene and why I sneeze and people who visit my house sneeze despite my constant cleaning. That is helpful to know about a functional doctor. I'll have to check into that and mold remediation since I'm in a house and basically disabled at this point so I have no choice (I actually can't work at all anymore). Unfortunately, one of my parents (co-ownership) holds the purse strings but dismisses my health issues (they don't live at the house and only visit in the summer), so showing some tests that can highlight a mold issue will help convince them to get done to the house what I need done for my health. Thank you so much for sharing! Also, I am so sorry to hear about what happened to your adorable dog :-/ That is heartbreaking.

My husband was transferred with his job up to the Seattle area in 2021 & we moved into a rental house. It is very damp here and dense with a lot of evergreen trees, which is a perfect recipe for mold. In addition, we moved into a house where the windows had not been replaced for many years & they leaked. The landlord knew that there was an issue, but they failed to disclose it to us and we got very sick there. After the home was tested, we learned that there was mold in the walls and behind our showers in the bathrooms. For the first time in my life, I started getting bloody noses, major brain fog, fatigue, and many of the other symptoms including terrible respiratory. We moved out after living there for over a year and are now in a safe place. I’m so thankful that you have brought these things to light and I got emotional when I was listening to your talk here on KZread because not many people understand this struggle, like you do. I’m so sorry to hear that you had to go through so much and I’m glad that you are on the mend now. My husband and I are on our healing path as well. I will definitely be looking for a “functional doctor” in our area. You are right, none of the regular medical doctors know how to deal with mold poisoning. It’s terrible to know that they have made us all feel like we’re crazy. We’re not! And yes, I agree…We should always follow our gut and listen to our bodies, They always tell the truth!!

Starting in 2017, I lived in a home for a year, with toxic black mold covering the entire inside of the HVAC system, inside walls, and toxic mold spores blowing on us every day in the air we were breathing, and the skin conditions are debilitating, my dog stopped eating his food, and his teeth rotted. Doctors don't even want to talk about mold...they act like its not a poison, and try to tell you its all psoriasis and give you steroids. It has caused me to become such an introvert, recluse, depressed, and my lawsuit is still not settled after 3 years! I lost almost everything, but most importantly, I want my LIFE and my HEALTH BACK! Thank you for bringing awareness to this! There needs to be so much more!!

@@tlight1109 Eh, my dogs okay. She just turned 16 and never got her spunk back. Her eyesight got worse and cataracts have blinded her. She's not all there cognitively now but eats and drinks fine. Mold took my best friend, well the part of her who followed me around anywhere, off leash, ready for a serious game of fetch everyday. She is simply not the same and I've never had the money required to fix her. We got knocked down but carry on. I hope to create a non-profit to help restore dogs vision. To my knowledge this is not a focus of any current animal charity? I believe it can be done, and while also helping veterinary students pay for advanced studies. Rather than pay for eye surgery for many dogs, why not indenture (for lack of a better term) advanced study veterinary students in partnership to provide eye surgeries either in exchange for tuition assistance programs during a residency or after graduation. This could also include possible coordination with universities researching cataracts and eye disease, like those at Texas A & M. I've also thought a mobile operation bus might be feasible. Works for mammograms and other things. There's no reason dogs should go blind when it's a relatively easy procedure but too costly for middle class owners to afford....and while students drown in debt to pay for their education. Why not help all of them?

I even asked Housing Code to come over & they did saying they have no meters to test anything & they can smell nothing nor see anything visible on the wall nor ceiling so they have to determine it to be fine ( mind u it was coming from the rafters in the basement & traveling thru every heating vent in every room & the spores were airborn ) The Drs. never did catch it, I finally found a company that I paid myself for testing & when I brought the reports back to the Drs. they wouldn't even look at them. Now 3 years later I think I have finally recovered since I have been out of there but I was forced into psychiatric inpatient treatment over it & my records still have never been vindicated medically.

I'm so glad you created this video. And I'm so sorry you lost your sweet dog and went through so much pain & difficulty while dealing with this. By sharing your experience, you are raising awareness on a serious and severely underecognized illness. Mold illness is insidious, rarely diagnosed quickly and often costly to treat. Unfortunately, most general PCP doctors don't really seem to understand the dangers of mold exposure & the illness it causes. The general attitude in the medical profession is often dismissive about mold illness. It's good to see people beginning to learn about functional medicine doctors as well. They are so much more adept at researching & discovering the causes of unusual disease processes, not just masking symptoms with more drugs. In my experience, most doctors tend to dismiss the symptoms caused by mold sickness and insinuate that whatever is going on is "in your head" if they can't figure out what the issue is. Never let anyone, not even a doctor, invalidate your symptoms or convince you that what you're experiencing is merely psychological. You know your body better than anyone. And no one is going to be more invested in your health than you.

I’ll definitely want to try the microbe formula and thank you for the 10% discount 🥰 , I know my gut health has suffered so much too so I am willing to try anything to get better. This has already taken over 3 years of my life and I’m not living just struggling to get through each day. Definitely keep making videos because I haven’t come across anyone else with such an informative video and very similar experience. I think what else would help is Maybe in another video go into what you did to start detoxing the toxins out of your body? Or what specific tests you did/your doctor offered bto confirm that you are suffering from mold toxicity? Becuase here in Australia where I am doctors aren’t familiar at all with mould toxicity.. Just you sharing your story is so comforting knowing I’m not crazy or this isn’t all in my head

Hi Olivia, please keep me updated here and I am happy to walk you through the phases of the Microbe Protocol. I would start with the first phase which will give your body the support it needs, and help you to start taling out some of the toxins as well. microbeformulas.com/?rfsn=6152863.e2881a&.e2881a I normally only start one product as a time, and I begin with a half dose (to be extra gentle to my body...it has been through a lot. If I feel fine, I increase the dosage to the full dose after 3-4 days, and if I feel fine with that, I then add in the next product and do the same. Honestly, in Australia....the US wherever, drs are not very familiar with mold toxicity. A friend of mine who is a dr and does know about mold illness said it is because it is not taught to them in school....but it certainly a very real, and impactful problem. As the toxicity slows down parts of your body, it tends to create other issues (and slow the actual detoxification process) so that we hold onto other things) I highly rec this book. amzn.to/30i8efH Toxic by Neil Nathan. It is really good to understand the things that happen to your body, and how to navigate getting better. I prefer the Microbe formulas protocol to the binders talked about in the book, but it explains, how, why....and what we can do to get better (and why it is important to take healing at a pace that our bodies can handle. Very important, but you can only detox as quickly as your physical body will allow without feeling awful. Your drainage pathways (skin, Lymphatic system, Liver, kidneys, lungs etc can only handle so much at a time. I will make those videos. Please make sure that you are subscribed and signed up for all notifications so that you see them. I am also going to add a list of the most helpful items I use to get better to the descriptions of the videos. Please keep commenting to let me know how the Microbe Formulas goes! Megan

Dear Friend, This might sound strange - but I came across your video after learning of a similar exposure with serious physical manifestations. I 100% agree and appreciate your post so much! It was informative and I imagine required an immense amount of courage to be vulnerable - especially with the resilient personality you speak of. I listened to your testimony in a different way and all I heard was the following (with respect of course! I too, cannot stay quiet about what I know to be true!) 1) it’s no coincidence it was around the time you turned 40. Scrolling down a bit through the comments I saw a pattern. 2) it’s likely that it is no coincidence that certain people are “affected” more than others aside from genetics. Personality and character come to mind. 3) you are (I suspect) deeply empathetic and sensitive in the best way (a ‘highly sensitive person’). Gifted. 4) this was (certainly) a spiritual awakening! I heard it all through the video. It’s all I heard actually! Yes, part of it is the “invasive and uninvited mild” living in your home and speaking up about it, but there’s so much more in your testimony! Maybe you already know that :) 5) You felt it in your “gut” which means: in your Spirit. It was telling you something. Maybe it was to take care of your health and pursue this, or a lot more that is associated with that such as being drawn to the bigger picture at the “right time. It’s a testimony of how faith was stretched followed by transformational growth and healing! 6) You experienced gaslighting by the closest people to you. They did not believe you. That is heart breaking, I’ve experienced it and I’m happy to learn that you now trust your intuition/ spirit / gut and do what you know to be right and true. 7) i encourage you to remove the toxic people OUT of your life one by one! They are probably all around you like you’re a magnet. This would be due to the goodness in your heart and soul. 8) Narcissistic Abuse Syndrome” and “Toxic House Mold” . Highly correlated. 9) You are gifted, I picked up on the power to heal and to discern light and darkness. Keep shining and if you’re a believer - you know exactly what He was saying to you. May you continue to grow in your Truth whatever it may be. I pray that nothing I said was too much or offensive. It’s not meant to be anything but supportive of you. Stay blessed! Ramzi Anz

I wonder if all the other tenants were affected by the mold. I also feel so sorry for your babies, especially when their tiny little bodies had to be so strained trying to fight the poison in their system. Certainly felt the lump in my throat when you mentioned that your eldest baby passed on. I’m glad you’re out of this terrible place and I pray for a speedy recovery for both you and your babies ❤

We had/have a slumlord in my hometown who I swear only owned houses with black mold. So many people had to move out after their kids developed severe asthma symptoms. He NEVER had the mold professionally cleaned, but often sued tenants for there being mold other property...load of crap. I'm praying my home doesn't have mold, but I can't afford testing or to move if we find anything. No way I can afford new housing.

I traced it to MCAS but doing more research...my house has had 3 severe leaks (not properly taken care of) and had a damp issue before I moved in. I'm currently awaiting seeing an allergy specialist..as that's where the Dr wants to start. But I'll consult a functional Dr now. You helped me to confirm my apartment had mold. I have two Yorkies and I was so sick, one of my yorkies was too.. I believe God led me to your channel. I shared your video with my husband and we are so grateful to you. Truly God used you to save our lives, and our neighbors lives too. I do not say this lightly. I’m in a house now of my own.. no mold and plenty of fresh air. God gave me a miracle. In between I chose my health but had to leave quickly and being unable to work ended up sleeping in my car in a Walmart parking lot for a couple of days. But I could breathe and so could my yorkies.. not the way I hoped God would answer but then He came through! Your videos are so important Meghan, thank you! Praying for you always. Sophie & Oliver my Yorkie babies thank you too. Always❤

Jeanne, I just read your comment (to my husband) with tears in my eyes. First of all, you are so brave! You did the right thing getting out of that moldy house, and sleeping in your car was the best way to do it❤️. I share my story in hopes that it will do exactly what it did for you. Give you answers, hope and comfort. I wish that I had understood what was going on in my apartment, because I am positive that I could have saved my beloved dog Teddy during that time. I could not get his autoimmune disease (GME) under control, and it is because the mold was triggering it. I am starting to make some videos about detoxing our pets (whether after mold exposure when they have been exposed to mycotoxins) or just from the things they encounter from what is on the ground outside (pesticides, moldy leaves in the fall etc) shots, flea medicine... I thought it might be helpful if I explained how it did it, how much time it takes etc. I use a very small amount of the product and detox them slowly by putting it on their food. The product is 80 dollars for the 2 detox things and it lasts me about 6 months so . It costs me under 20 cents a day to add it to their food, and it helps to remove the harmful mold toxins gently and slowly. **I have a link to a video I made with it here: **kzread.info/dash/bejne/eK2Zkq1taa6dYaw.html**. *(it is what to do after your pets have been exposed to mold)** Thank you for taking the time to write this comment, please come back again and let me know how you all are doing:) Megan

I’ve been in my apartment for one year. We had a flood last winter and I can smell the mold. It’s a distinct musty smell, you cannot deny it. It’s taken over all the clothes in my closet. I did the Petri dish test and various molds were found. My landlord is bringing in professional remediation tomorrow. I’ve had chronic 2-3 day headaches, light headedness, random hives on face and fingers and serious brain fog and anxiety! I’m so healthy, fit, eat clean. When I’m not home for longer than a week, I feel great. There is about 15% sunlight that gets through since I’m on the bottom floor. It’s time for me to find a new home. I really wasn’t sure if I wanted to share it first because it’s such a personal thing, but I also thought about how long it took me to figure the whole thing out… And I didn’t want other people to be unwell for as long as I was. Being a hairstylist is surprisingly toxic. Although I really enjoy when I do, it’s been a pretty enlightening experience as I’m removing heavy metals from my body… I actually think that they were most likely my biggest health problem, not only mold. I can really feel during the last part of the process what an issue they have been for me. Have you started to detox yet to alleviate your toxic burden?

Hi, thank you. I knew I wasn’t crazy but doctors from all the leading providers kept telling me I was just old (74) and crazy. I told them I’d lived with toxic black mold in the walls of my house for 6 years. My insurance replaced the walls and floor and also vacuumed under the house. Meanwhile I suffered swollen legs and arms and my face especially my nose. I had lesions all over my body and my stomach was so bloated I looked pregnant. Two of my beloved cats died with lesions and breathing problems. I finally started cleaning all my organs with herbal medicine and I sold my house. I studied my symptoms and discovered methylene blue fixes damage to mitochondria in body and brain cells caused by either accidents, vaccines, or parasites. Blue contributes electrons to mitochondria and heals the cells to increase oxygen in the blood. I feel redeemed listening to your video. Thank you for teaching me about a functional doctor. Im going to look for one here in California. Please recommend how I might find one. I love you and im so proud of you. ✨♥️✨

Hi there, I am so sorry to hear about your experience. I will definitely keep you updated with videos. I know it may not be what you want to hear, but I would either arrange to start working from home (if possible, to get out of the mold) or start looking for a job with a healthier environment. Mold is very toxic, and if we continue to stay in it for too long, we may not be able to reverse the effects (ever) on our organs and our immune systems. Ochratoxin is linked to Kidney Cancer, and since we excrete some of the mold through our kidneys, it can be really hard on our bodies. My dog Teddy passed away from the mold exposure because it brought him out of remission with his very serious auto-immume disorder. I try to share this with other people to make them aware, and to hopefully protect them. By the time there is visible mold, it is imperative that you get out of a situation as soon as you possible can. You are in my thoughts, and I am here if I can be of help! Megan

This is a very hard experience. For me I was the only one that stayed home in the house full time so my symptoms were much more extreme and it effected so many things that I also had a hard time figuring out what was happening. With no one else in the house struggling as I was made me feel like it was just me. Until the day I actually found the mold and realized the severity of it. I’m convinced that it definitely can cause depression so I did become a mental issue for me but for reasons that I didn’t expect until I started putting all the peace’s together. My skin was so bad at the time as well. It always look so dry and began looking like acne but I’m 37 and never had an issue before so that was odd. It’s hard to explain to people that it’s something in the air causing my issues so I sounded like a crazy person making stuff up but that’s how mold works, it travels through the air and can grow on almost anything even dust. I was having a lot of brain fog and I noticed that when I drank a lot of water I would be able to think more clearly so I thought i was just dehydrated but no. I also was very fatigued but thought it was just the depression so I was justifying many of the symptoms and thinking it was other things but it actually all came down to mold. I was living in a mobile home and there were actually a few issues which is why I think it got so bad. Mold can develop so many ways.

I finally got our home inspected my a mold inspector last week because there was a leak a while back underneath our sink. The air test came back super high!! 965! I'm thankful for coming across this video... I went from feeling younger than my age in 2018 and even winning a fitness competition at work, which I've never been fit in my life really, to feeling like I could die any day now, and the way you described your symptoms is almost EXACTLY what I've been trying to describe to people forever now. Even developing sleep apnea of which I've never had before. And doctors have all been but useless to me. They keep trying to prescribe to proton pump inhibitors "oh you're an older guy, it's indigestion". I've even started thinking I have a hiatal hernia at one point maybe from working out and lifting heavy. I will try to find a doctor who I can discuss this with, but I'm like 99.99999999% sure this is what's happening to me now. I need to seriously move...

Really appreciated this. Lived in a moldy house (twice) - and yes, all of the symptoms listed - AND I also developed pancreatitis and eventually an autoimmune pancreatic insufficiency. My IQ went down, I became much less of a focused person and also had anxiety etc. I only started learning about binders and e.g. infrared-sauna-niacin detox etc after my second mold exposure. It is important to heal and detox your body (probably sort of for the rest of your life) after mold and make sure you try and prevent further exposures. Going to listen to the other videos now. Glad I saw this video. Reminded me to continue my healing process (only started 4 months ago with binders etc). Wonderful video, thank you for sharing! ❤

Thanks for this. One thing to always note is that mold is harder to deal with if you have other issues - like heavy metals and lyme disease. It can take a lot of work to figure out what is going on. You can test for mold via ERMI tests, and also test your body with a urine test. I have heavy metal poisoning, plus a mold problem at home, making getting well very difficult. I'm currently chelating with the Andy Cutler chelation protocol. Wishing you all good health!

This is my life and has been now for over a decade. I was in the best shape of my life - had an amazing summer where I surfed constantly and was getting good and comfortable. At New Years I was exposed to sewage in a backup in my Brooklyn apartment. That was the start of the downhill. First it was parasites that took 4 years to find help with - because - western doctors... and then there was still something I just couldn't shake - three years ago when I bought my first home I learned that I have a severe mold allergy. I'll start a new comment because this one is just me venting and I want to share useful information that I don't want people to miss.

Thank you SO much! You listed like my entire symptom set. I’m a contractor and part of my job is doing demolition. In late July I had a really bad exposure to some really bad stuff, plus the cumulative exposure over the years I felt a huge relief listening to your video Bc…now I know! The mystery is solved and my suspicions confirmed. I’m gonna find a good functional dr. A million times, thank you

Hi there, you are very welcome. I’ve actually worried about this exact thing with contractors. We had to get some work done on our condo when we bought it and I could tell that there was mold in the bathroom ceiling because my ears were hurting when I was cleaning the woodwork over the doorways. We have a contractor that we use and I didn’t want to have him come in to look at it because I just felt like… Dealing with mold is something you have to be extremely safe around. I wound up having the remediation company come in that I use and they did have a plastic everywhere, negative containment… Full suits etc. and opened up the ceiling and sure enough there was mold. The initial contractor apparently had acted like they hooked up the fan but just left it hooked up to nowhere so there was humidity going into the ceiling. And I feel like if our contractor had come in he would’ve been exposed to so much of that when it was being cleaned out. I would also recommend that you just learn about it as much as you can so that you can help yourself in your treatment. I think one of the reasons that I’ve gotten so much better is that I’m constantly researching and listening to things. I know I shared a link to microbe formulas, but they have amazing information under the learn tab of the website. You have to sign up with your email address but it’s definitely worth it. I put on the “live with the docs“ Programs while I’m driving, or doing stuff around the house and the amount of stuff that I’ve learned has been incredible. If you search dr Jess Peatross And mold she has a lot of great information as well. I think she calls her program kill bind sweat. But basically infrared sauna is fantastic. Movement is great when you can do it such as walking or light weight lifting if you still have the energy. I found the microbe formulas protocol which I’m still doing to be the most helpful thing I’ve ever done. I didn’t pick and choose particular products to try to target mold, I just did the entire protocol to support my body and it’s been super effective.

@@MeganGraham 🙏🏼 ❤️ ☀️ thank you for all your helpful guidance and setting the tone for those of us out here suffering alongside you to not feel so alone in it. Yes as a contractor I’ve never really taken it too seriously never worn a mask or anything but I do now. In fact I’m beginning to look for a new profession. It’s the heavy, acute, high concentration exposures that really got me. The last one brought me to my knees. And yes I find that other contractors do stuff like that all the time. It’s supposed to be vented w a flex duct up and out the gable wall or tied into another hard line somewhere in the attic. What usually happens is the insulation falls back in around it and smothers the fan actually and it just stifles the air at point of entry. Which in effect blows the mold back down into the bathroom. I will definitely look into the microbe stuff and sign up as well as the lady you mentioned. I’m on a course of antibiotics now and an inhaler and a powder inhaler along w an herb from French pine trees. I’m just beginning to heal this but I’m so relieved to finally know what it is exactly that is causing it at the root of the problem. I pray you regain your entire well being and find yourself restored w Grace and Love.

I am at this point fighting the apartment complex I live in,my family and friends think I'm crazy, and awaiting test results from samples within my place, but until then I am stuck living in this death trap of a place that is literally killing me. You’re NOT crazy! Get out before it kills you! If you can’t, make a safe zone you can stay in with the nest air purifier you can afford. spray with Thieves, and get as much fresh air as you can. This is deadly, and you won’t be able to think, your organs will start to fail, blood work will be all over the charts, etc. Them, it leads to Lyme and other dormant infections you’ve had, but didn’t know it.

People with darker skin can get rosacea too. I am so sorry that you are going through this. Mold toxicity (as well as toxicity from environmental things (herbicides, pollution, fragrance, chemicals) is more common that regular docs will let on. For some reason they have no made the histamine connection to rosacea, but it is all connected. The detox I use for Microbe formulas is amazing, and could very well clear up many issues, but I would do it much slower than they reccomend. Also get the book toxic by Neil Nathan and read it cover to cover.

I'm sharing the hell out of it now because I've been dealing with this on basically a legal level for the past six months because I have already taken steps to prove that, it's not in my mind that it is real, and the mold test I took of my house, surprised the hell out of even me. I am truly scared now because I cannot find an attorney that will take my case pro bono because I cannot afford to move. I'm on Social Security and I'm pretty sure that I'm not the only one in this town that suffering from this condition. why because stupid people think you cannot create mold in the desert but when you live in the swamp cooler area, that's all you can do. But that wasn't the mold, that was making me sick. Surprisingly it was from the renovation that we get to the house and a leaky water pipe that ate through the mason and into the insulation that he had just installed.

Hi there, I am so sorry that you are feeling this way. It sounds familiar. I am hoping that you are gettng testing done with a functional dr. My video a few videos back explains what that is. A conventional dr will not do the same labs (or treatment) that a functional dr, so please don't try to get a primary dr to help you. It is not their fault, they are simply not trained to do so. One test that was helpful to me was the Realtime mycotoxin urine test. For your residence, you can get an ermi test from envirobiomics and do it yourself. It is inexpensive, fast and easy and you will know the exact species of mold, and how much. I hope this helps, and that you are able to concentrate on getting better. Megan
