This would actually be my preferred Match in the Olympics. In case both teams are healthy, they all play on their own level of beachvolleyball and it would be amazing to watch.

Norway still far from best shape but Åhman/Hellvig are just too good at the moment. Impressive how they were able to avoid Mol's block every single time

20 years that I teach this... against big blocs... low setting = you can see permanently where are the 2 opponents. Set far at least 1m from the net... place your ball over the tall block (at least 4m LINE or Antenna to antenna... it's a kind of impossible to reach the 2 points for the 2nd player) and sometimes : big hit but very rare... just place the ball with your high technics... it's that easy. the best team will be the best 2nd player who jumps everywhere to save the ball... live communication is very important. On this level of competition of course... and this works if you play at the beach as well... against tall blocks. trust me and you can watch here in this match... after 20 years that I teach nobody makes this as good as on this video... It's like perfection.

Not the best version of Norway as Mol comes back from injury but nevertheless, Sweden's level of play right now is totally ridiculous and on a different level.

Great game all around, looked like Norway was just a bit weaker in the serve receive. Love watching teams like this force every point win, no charity no free points

Hellvig's two sets at 4:55 and 5:35 are a new standard for blockers, he's doing what indoor setters do: pushing your hitter onto the open net. Those Swedes are just on fire.

Visto que Mol voltou de uma cirurgia no pé e eles nao estavam treinando forte como deveríam,chegaram em uma semifinal...esta otimo, quanto ao Sorum, ele é campeao olímpico, campeao mundial e europeu, nao tem mais nada a provar, a dupla sueca esta em momento melhor...simples.

With all respect to their quality competition, these are the top two teams in the world when healthy. That said, Sørum ought to reconsider his approach to defense. He commits very early and then often remains stationary. On the other side of the net, Åhman is mobile, constantly in motion, which is one reason why he is able to chase down so many shots and deflections.

Norway are in trouble going in to the Olympics. Sorum cant hand set and get basically nothing in defense with the world biggest blocker in front of him.

Esses garotos são excelentes.... Mol e Sorum eram imbatíveis, mas agora o nível subiu muito.... infelizmente os melhores tanto no feminino como no masculino estão fora da disputa do ouro.... acontece !

Ainda é a Noruega pela pontuação geral, pq eles sempre estão no pódio, mesmo que não ganhem ,mas ficam em segundo ou terceiro.

I think you re to hard on him. Åhman is imo no1 defender atm so it might look like hes got nothing but åhman is to good vs spikers wgo rely to much on smart spiking rather than power
