I have experienced pimples for a year. I started improving by doing little things like using a clean towel and changing my pillowcase often. I use a mild face wash from litttlextrra riiceberry which is pH balanced. Consistency has worked significantly. Now, I have a simple 3-step routine that I use daily, and I'm slowly healing.
