No Mohnish interview is complete without someone asking about the Buffett lunch and Mohnish patiently answering it after the 5000th time 😆Jokes aside, thanks a lot for the great interview!!

I've discovered these just recently after my friend recommended mister Pabrai to me. I'd say that there's a lot of repetition but I also like it because: 1. This way I can remember the lessons better. 2. Each time a new detail is added.
Thanks for the timestamps Mohnish and for sharing your wisdom!
When you talk about 'friends' (and high quality relationships), it's a piece of art. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

friend with a giver, and be a giver.
This is a great interview. We need more new questions to bring more of his wisdom out. It has come to a point that most of Mohnish's interview questions nowadays are merely repetitions of his previous interviews' questions. I start to suspect that Monhish is deeply bored by the lack of freshness and intellectual challenges.
Thank you for the video sir Mohnish
It's a treat to listen couple of words in Hindi from Mohnish 👌👌
Mr. Pabrai, u rock sir....as always, kudos ❤🙏🙏
Thank you sir !🙏
No Mohnish, life is not great! In November 2019 I had a severe complication during surgery and lost nearly all my small intestines and have to feed myself through an IV-tube every f.. day, I lost my job (I was a surgeon myself and had invested my whole youth studying very very hard), my new house was taken away by the bank and I went bankrupt, my wife divorced me (we have two young children) and I am now living with my parents again at age 47! I lost it all in 18 months time! The only thing I can do is studying businesses and trying to make some money in the stock market. So no, life is not great, at least not for me! I am sorry for being an A.H. but I lost faith in life!

God bless
What poker face on Mohnish when asked for Charlies comment for 100.000, he even requested question to be repeated, Mohnish the legend!
Things to remember: Be a harsh grader when it comes to the people in your life. It is ok to let a lot of great people miss. There are 3 kinds of people: people who just take from you, people who match you with what you give and people who give more and more. You want to be a giver. Be a karmayogi. Book list: Poor Charlie's almanack (and book list given in it), Give and take, What I learned from Darwin, Buffett biographies, buffett cnbc recordings.

Mohnish has a chronic diarrhea. He sometimes use it as a weapon by spraying his diarrhea.

I read Give and Take many years ago, it's eye opener.
Thank you 🙏
17:38 Mohnish w/ the perfect deadpan comedic delivery: "Every family has weird people... my family has more weird people than most of the families... but all families have strange, weird, crazy people. 🤣
Nice one
The explanation on the Amazon case scenario was excellent example many value investors fail to see, Thanks Mohnish

I respect monish sir a lot
what does he mean the business like amzn can be profitable on those business and have great margins but not show on the income statement?
loved the Munger story
🙏
good interview because mohnish took the terrible questions and reiterated some important though seen before lessons. Interviewers need to prepare and ask new questions...
Please ensure the host has a decent mic in future
What's up with the thumbnail? That book is not discussed.

Couldn't Jim Simons be considered an algorithmic trader?

I thought this right away when I heard it. he's generally considered a quant investor (thin distinction)

It's different. An algorithmic trader refers to something else. Algorithmic trading is the process of using a computer program for placing a trade order. The aim of the algorithmic trading program is to place the trades at a speed and frequency that is impossible to match by a human trader.
wutwut. he lives in austin?! it would be great if he went on his neighbors’ joe rogan’s podcast
Very poorly framed qn ans by patna IIT. What a waste of opportunity, Mr Pabrai still tried to do some justice by giving out something new from the very basic repeated qn asked by the youngster!
Charlie is god
The sound quality of the "interviewer" is just unbearable
