I am a Moroccan-Dutch and I discovered this channel a few days ago and subscribed right away... it's a great family, the kids are so sweet and they are really integrated in Morocco :) and I hope you have a nice holiday in Morocco had positive experiences! the citrons is suitable for cooking "Tangia" with meat. the citrons are too salty, so you should no longer add salt to the food, you should also remove the seeds before you start cooking it. You can find the recipe on the internet or on youtube. Kind regards from the Netherlands!

Ik ben een Marokkaanse-Nederlander en heb deze kanaal sinds paar dagen ontdekt en ben gelijk geabonneerd... het is een geweldig familie, de jongs zijn zo lief en ze zijn echt geïntegreerd in Marokko :) en ik hoop dat jullie een leuke vakantie in Marokko gehad met positief ervaringen! de citrons is geschikt voor het koken van "Tangia" met vlees. de citrons zijn wel te zoutig daarom moet u geen zout meer toevoren aan de eten u moet de pitten ook weghalen voor dat u het gaat koen.. u kunt het recept op internet of op youtube vinden. Vriendelijke groetjes uit Nederland!

Hi again. We were told that the more froth on the top of your tea, the more welcome you are at the home/cafe. !! Moroccans love a joke and seeing people happy. Hope you have time to visit inland like Kenitra and Midelt. Cascades d'Ouzord nr Marrakech,Taraoudant Ouazzazat and the desert. Infact everywhere!! So much history and beauty. The list just goes on. The landscape is so diverse and you can see how the people adapted to their particular environment be it, mountains, coastal, desert or rural. Am sure you are in for a fun trip.
