King of all singers is the great Mohammed Rafi Sir. No words could describe his singing.

I am 72 years old Sri Lankan. I can not understand the language of Hindi. But when the greatest singer sing the songs, we are getting the most interesting, because his singing style is beating our hearts and minds. The music and presentation is excelent. Further we are loving Latha Mangeskar, Asha Bosle, Kishore Kumar too.

The only singer is Rafi saab , who can mesmerize a person with his voice and also responsible for uplifting many musicians and actors , with his god gifted voice and noble character 😊

I am Sri Lankan. I watched Dosthi movie when I was a kid. Rafi one of ledgendry singers in this planet. Smooth voice take us to a different world.

I reckon those were the golden days of Indian film music as we were blessed with plethoras of lyricists , music composers and on top of that we had numerous singers like K.L.Sehgal , Mohd.Rafi , Mukesh , Manna Dey , Mahendra Kapoor , Kishore Da , Talat Mehmood , Lataji , Asha Bhonsle , Suman Kalyanpur , Geeta Dutt etc , etc !!! And I feel myself blessed to have thoroughly enjoyed that golden era of Indian film music and I use to listen those songs whenever I get time !!! Rafi Saheb has that beautiful voice , the range and especially his unparalleled quality of presumably singing in each n every actor and that makes him my favourite !!! I MISS YOU RAFI SAHEB !!! ❤🎉🎉🎉

This shows that you do not understand music. Mohd Rafi was one of my favorites, but I won't say that he was the best. It depends on the situation and mood of the situation where the song is played. There is unconscious biasness toward Rafi Ji because you are Muslim. Listen to :Saranga teri yaad mein" recording and you will understand.

@@Suprat0555 religion isn't the issue here irrespective of that even non muslim legends like SP Balasubramanium sonu nigam , p jayachandran yesudas & many more all considered rafi sahab as their idol we as normal people dont have as much knowledge of music as they have/had and you said it depends on the mood im 27 yr old ive listened to hundreds of rafi sahab , KK, mukesh talat mahendra kapoor manna dey songs NOBODY had the range and versataility that rafi sahab had he could sing low high range qawwali ghazals bhajans pop songs sad songs every mood you name it and he gave Blockbuster hits in all those genres show me one more singer who has done that, his contemporaries i named above they all said that rafi sahab is number 1. and i did listen to saranga teri yaad me a beauiful song indeed but mukesh saab sung it in his way it was meant for him and rafi sahab sang in his own way because that was the requirement. I've listened to inidan music pakistani russian american pop and everything else and in my whole life ive never heard a voice like rafi sahabs (one suggestion go n listen to the song "sun le tu dil ki sada" from tere ghar ke samne 1963 and tell me if anyone can sing that line 'meri awaaz ka teer jayega dil ko bhi cheer' as effortlessly and as beautifully as rafi sahab sang IMPOSSIBLE) and in the words of great SPB sir "there will be no other singer and human like rafi sahab ever again". He was is and will always be the GREATEST ever. im a singer too ive learned everything from him and there are thounds millions like me who share this same opinion. You'll always be amar RAFI SAHAB forever in our hearts.
