ParkourAYCE yo man nice to see you here your one of my favorites up there with these guys in this vid!

Tip for wrap full: Land out of the cartwheel with your chest higher. You were under flipping because you had to pick yourself up, and then flip. Hope that helps!

Great video!! Wish i could parkour like erik or alfred.

I remember when I was at the All Star Games in Las Vegas, there were not many women competing, so it's great to see at least more are competing abroad.

I sit here thinking about Erik and Alfred just being the TOP best in the World as what I hear! and like damn WILL I ever be at that level of difficulty :D

I've been to Beckton a couple of times before... It's actually RIIIIGHT over on the other side of London to me though haha, so I don't go often at all.
