Why install a capacitor across the bulb

what if I have more than 1 lamp for one single switch? where I'll bot the capacitor?

What's the need of the capacitor?How about the switch controlling about 10 lighting points,does it mean all the lighting points would have a capacitor terminated in their terminals?

a capacitor is used for a switch with no neutral wire installed where the light will flash for insuffient power supply,and normally you only need to install one capacitor between the lamp,but for your condition where 10 lights installed,then one or more capacitor recommended

If I have a neural wire do I need the capacitor? Do you have another installation video with neural wire? Thanks

if you have a neutral wire,then what you need is the neutral wire switch,not this single live wire switch dear friend,a capacitor is only a necessity for a single live wire switch

@@ScottKuijlaars Ebay or Amazon or any electronics supplier, however its dangerous because the wires are un shielded and there is no discharge resistor if the bulb is removed.

Everyone dont want to see the instalation tutorial. We need wifi”smart Switch”. Connecting to wifi is pain in d ass! The manual is trash! Show us how to connect to wifi.

I’m trying to install a 2 gang which turns on my ceiling fan and my light. The issues I have is that it has to L wires. One L wire for the fan and one more for the light. But the smart switch has an inlet for only one L wire. What do I do?

You only need to combine the two L lines into one and connect it to the switch, and connect the other load line to the switch in turn.

But how is this possible?

The capacitor gives enough leakage to power the electronics however if the Bulb goes short circuit the electronics will explode.

The wifi logo ruin everything. Why put this logo here ? We know that it’s a wireless switch when we bought it, why having it remind us it’s function like that ?
