The road marking machine Kontur 400 is designed for applying road markings with various types of materials. The machine is a basic self-propelled chassis with a technological module installed on it, the type of which determines the method of marking and the type of marking materials used. The Kontur 400 machine can be equipped with three replaceable modules designed for marking a certain type of material: paint, thermoplastic or cold-applied plastic. The module is a set of painting equipment and containers installed on a common frame.
The thermoplastic module 400 is designed for applying thick-layer marking with thermoplastic and consists of a basic chassis Kontur 400 with a thermoplastic module.
The cold plastic module 400 is designed for applying thick-layer marking with cold-applied plastics and is a basic chassis Kontur 400 with a cold plastic module. The marking block ensures the application of a smooth and structural line with a width of 100 to 300 millimeters. The size of the applicators is specified when ordering.
Module 400 paint - is designed for applying thin-layer marking by airless paints (enamels) based on solvents with a dry residue content of at least 70%. The machine consists of a basic Kontur 400 chassis with a paint module.
This road marking machine can be used in the city and on motorways. This is a self-propelled machine, the movement takes place using a hydraulic drive on wheels. There is a hydraulic cylinder that is connected to the steering wheel and provides control of the machine.
The machine can be equipped with: a module for paint and spray plastic, as here, a module for cold plastic and a module for thermoplastic.
With this module, a smooth line of various widths can be applied. Depending on whether it is a city or a highway. 10, 15, 20 centimeters.
The volume of the container for paint or spray plastic is 240 liters.

On this technique, it is possible to make markings using spray plastic. For example, spray plastic, after cleaning the container from paint or into a clean container, is also poured through these necks. To apply spray plastic, a hardener is needed - it is poured into this container. And in this technology, what is changing is that spray plastic is applied to the road surface through a pump under pressure through paint guns, and at the same time a hardener is fed into the spray plastic jet using this gun. The markup types are selected using this remote control.
This painting module includes: a container for the hardener, a pump for creating pressure in the system, a container for the material, and the marking block itself. The module is replaced by the personnel of the marking team.
