1.the counter concrete is laid first and then wall tiles below is laid or vice versa? 2. In the gas counter top side is there a cement slab laid in the bottom skirting also or it stands on the legs? If semimodular 3 sides wood, the bottom wood is placed on ground itself or stands on legs.

Mam recently I watched u r videos. I am planning to build new house so I was searching for kitchen sizes an d modular kitchen ideas.nice explanation. My architect gave a plan size is11by 10and utility is 11by 5 and dining area is 17by14shall I go for open kitchen r closed kitchen. Suppose if I go for closed kitchen which type shall I choose please give ur ideas. Thank u sis.iI recently subscriber Ed ur channel.

I would suggest that you take 2 feet length from your dinning area if is is close to kitchen and increase the kitchen size by 2 feet. 11x10 is good for both close and open. Its up to you to decide. You can go for L shape or parallel(in case if you don't want corner's in your kitchen). If you are planning to increase the kitchen size by 2 feet then island kitchen will also fit. In the video I would have given the plus and minus of both open and closed kitchen based on that you can decide.
