How many times do you have to stroke it on each teeth? 3? Or is it supposed to be 3 tooths at a time with 3 strokes back and forth?

Both techniques look same but are different in placement of the bristles as in modified bass technique aka (the "sulcular" technique) the bristles are placed inside the gingival sulculus and not on the gums like in the case of modified stillman technique. Another difference: Modified stillman: the bristles massages the gums Modified bass: the bristles clean gingival sulcus Hope it helps and please subscribe and share :D
