Modi's Kashmir Gamble | Insight | Full Episode

Will India's move to scrap the autonomous status of Jammu and Kashmir destabilize the state and trigger an all-out war with Pakistan?
The historic but controversial decision by India’s Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, to scrap Articles 370 and 350A of the Indian constitution has caused a political earthquake in the region. The decision strips India’s controlled Jammu and Kashmir of its special autonomy status after 70 years. One of its closest neighbours, Pakistan has lambasted the move, even threatening to wage war against India. It argues that the decision to remove the status of India’s only Muslim majority state undermines Kashmiri’s rights for self-determination and goes against the United Nation’s recommendations.
But what really is the basis behind the accession of Kashmir to India? Is Modi right in getting rid of Articles 370 and 35A? And will the move destabilize the state and trigger an all-out war with Pakistan?

India must raise issue of Partition on pretext of religion in UN against Jinnah 2 nation theory backed by Colonial powers, My personal opinion as an Indian citizen is that For Islamic countries it might be general or normal thing to divide country based on Religion but for Democracy there is no room for Religious persecution, For far too long Pundits of kashmir were persecuted in order to change population demographic and religious equation, supported by Islamist terrorism which resulted in exodus and genocide of Kashmiri pandits in kashmir, all this was done to gain long term claim of plebiscite without existence of orginal inhabitants(Kashmiri Pandits) of kashmir, This was atrocious, Xenophobic anti semitic and genocide and it was in context to Islamic country Pakistan two nation theory, for which THEY HAD A SUCCESS BY LAUNCHING RELIGIOUS JIHAD 'DIRECT ACTION' AS CIVIL WAR before independence to demand seperate country for muslims, It was the first instance that World witnessed religious terrorism and jihad and allowed it to be success because UN main countries were not affected by it, It was due to that Victory of Jihad as civil war 'Direct action' for demand of separate country for muslims based on two nation theory, which till date motivates all terrorists to do violent jihad all around the globe. THE CREATION OF PAKISTAN HAPPENED FROM WITHIN THE TERRITORY OF INDIA under Colonial power and it was not upto Britishers to decide partition, but they mediated, India in FUTURE WILL NOT ENTERTAIN division, partition based on Religion as it never has.

Next we will take Pakistan occupied Kashmir then China occupied Kashmir i.e aksai chin. Itsnot a gamble . There was no development in Kashmir instead it proved to be a breeding ground for terrorism . And not all of Kashmir is seperatists only few tehsils of 4-5 districts . I am from Jammu . People of Jammu and Ladakh are very happy after scrapping of article 370 . We have been demanding it for decades .

All the conflicts in the world today , you can easily find a source related to Britain --Myanmar Rakhine State -- in WW2 , British told muslim there that Rakhine State would belong to them if they helped to fight . without consullting Burmese , as if they owned Myanmar . which in the end left the unsolved issue in Myanmar today and caused the Rakhine State issue now - - Border conflict between India and Pakistan Then-British-governor of India decided to break India into self governed places : India and Pakistan and unsolved place Kashmir in 1947 which led to the 1st India - Pakistan war in 1947 , the 2nd India - Pakistan war in 1966 and the 3rd India - Pakistan war in 1971~1972 , until today , the conflict is still going on . - - Border conflict between India and China There was no border issue because China and India before British army came into India . This all started from the notorious McMahon Line , which was said to be decision made between British and a Tibet seperalist in 1914 , according to this line , a part of Tibet (90,000square kilometers ) was taken from China to India New discovery : McMahon Line was fabricated by some British and India officials in 1936 . this fabricated line is still used as an excuse today causing a series of conflicts between India and China .

The BBC along with CNN and multiple media outlets have reported recklessly about this topic. Kashmir not only received more money than any other state in India, it had the special status (which was temporary). This special status oppressed non Muslims, LGBT, and women. It allowed a caste system of inequality. Until now, Kashmir was the only state to allow a man to marry a 9 year old girl. I wonder how many people understand what article 370 (which was temporary) represents? Also, when we talk about Kashmiris, don’t forget about the millions of non Muslims who were forced out in the 1990s. In addition, no one is talking about Ladakh which is thrilled to be part of India. Pakistan is concerned about the people of Kashmir. Yet, no concern for Sindh, Balochistan, PoK, or the Muslims of China. Unfortunately, due to terrorism, the civil liberties of the people of Kashmir were suspended temporarily. The truth is, hospitals were never closed. Communication is almost entirely restored. Schools are open. Shops are allowed to be open, but unfortunately, many refuse to be open in protest or are threatened by terrorists. By removing special status, everyone will have equal rights. There will be commerce and education, thus the the youth will have brighter future. Kashmir will do better economically. The world should be thanking and joining Modi to fight for humanity.

CNA emitted the clause in which the Treaty of Accession was signed by the then Maharaja of Kashmir, Hari Singh, in which it was clearly stated that a referendum should be held for the Kashmiris to decide on the future of Kashmir. India refused to allow Kashmiris this right to self-determination. Therefore the Treaty is no longer valid!

Simple to point out. The people of Kashmir didn't wanted to join India. India dealt with it undemocraticly. Ignoring the will of the people. That clearly states altogether, Kashmir hasn't been solved yet. It needs to be resolved by the will of the people. Till then it's in the UN zone both IOK & POK. Until justice is done with the people of Kashmir democratically , sad to say a lot of resources will go in war. And we are a nation of overwhelming poverty, overwhelmingly lacking education population wise & overwhelmingly corrupt. Now what's best for our generation but this stupid war we're holding on to against the will of the people of a state. Congratulations! The Greed, the Selfishness & the unfairness of our Governments on to these people will unfortunately bring nothing else to India but population wise missery of poverty & a burden of on & off wars. Patchy Progress over all 🙄
