it's weird how that is.. live performances can be different things, MM's music is hard to reproduce exactly as studio produced which I think some people think is 'good'. Some bands play technically amazing but their music tends to be far, far more simple... MM lends itself to semi chaotic improvising, so why hate on it? IMO live performances are equally about an unique experience and I think people there will probably have good memories of the uniqueness and energy of the concern. Much rather have that than a perfect album performance. So people saying they're not good live really mean "I value hearing produced music and I don't care about memorable experiences". To each their own..

Man this is sooo good! Thank you so much for uploading. Hoping so much that they get themselves down here to Australia, this will have to suffice until that happens. Fingers crossed. Thanks again xo!! ❤️🙏
Modest mouse is like one perfectly prolonged sonic orgasm.
Thank you VERY MUCH for posting this concert! Diggin' it GRANDE!
Ice cream party was so creatively simple
always have wanted to see this beloved band live so thank u refkectionistBaz!!! xoxo
One of the most underrated bands.. Fuego..
5 seconds into the set and this is already the best thing I've heard all year. If there is a god I'll get to see them in St. Louis...probably won't, probably not
I got to see them in Dallas for the lonesome crowded west tour. I fucking love modest mouse.
They were definitely on top of their game here! maybe the best the have sounded live.

I'm loving back to the middle too.that entire cd is just amazing. People say they only like the old MM .how crazy is that?
I wish they would do the horn section of “We’re Lucky.”
RIP Jeremiah :(
This show was awesome!
I saw them 1999 at the hurrican festival in germany at 11.00 in the morning on the second stage with ca. 500 people. They play the whole lonesome crowded west album and max. 50 persons and me knew them and the unknown people could not belive what They saw. The other 50000 sleep in their tents. The poor.

The horn during Spitting Venom is my favorite part and it just lacked… heart… I’d gladly learn the trumpet if you need someone to give it their all each and every time ❤

it's weird how that is.. live performances can be different things, MM's music is hard to reproduce exactly as studio produced which I think some people think is 'good'.

@@craigslist6988 people don't like them live holy shit. I live for them (RIP Jeremiah). Over two dozen shows since 2007. Every show is so unique and awesome, and I cannot get enough. The next show is going have such a hole from the loss of Jeremiah.
