I usually can't stand pilates compilations because they are too slow, monotonous, more suitable for meditation than for a wokout and they make me want to stop. this is perfect, thanks for sharing

I really love ❤️ this playlist. It's just right for me. Enough tempo to make training easy. Spiritual at the same time. And it does not make too much emotion, which sometimes can be very draining. This music brings me some very good neutral state of mind. That's a good start for the day. I love ❤Pilates too very much. But right now, I just do everything my body needs and use all the moves I learned in life. I hope some day I can go again to Pilates with very great instruction. 👍 Have a great and fantastic day, you all. ❤
