The younger son's bedroom is brilliant. I dunno how practical it is, but that's one of the coolest builds I've seen on this channel.

I like it all. Chinese design, especially, is very visually appealing to me. If a designer blended it with a traditional and American farm house, I think perfection would be achieved. I really like quite a bit of the super luxury yacht bling in their design too. I am surprised to not find aquariums or bird cages in the Asian interiors.

I find the space planning lacklustre, 1851 sqft feels and look like its less than 1000 sqft. It definitely feels very cramped and difficult to move about

Just because you use expensive material doesn't make a place looks expensive. The entire place looks so busy. The wall panels make the unit look small, overuse of marble makes the house look cold and sterile,. This is truly a waste of money and resources here.

The winner of this design is the ID overcharging carpentry and material. Cluttered and poor design, the luck will not flow with this one.

It's ironic that the owner had so many fengshui requirements, but yet there are still so many other fengshui mistakes in the final design and layout 🤔
