Nice home. Is that an induction cooktop? Some builders just use basic electric which is junk. No real chef would use electric.

Induction is an available option with higher end builders like this that do not have access to natural gas.
Somebody went overboard on that pool.

Haha more of a plunge pool...I would much rather prefer actually swimming than just something to look at

The home itself starts in the $500s to build on your own lot and they do have smaller homes starting in the $400s. If you don't own a lot in Port St Lucie or Palm Beach already, lots typically go for $120-150k in Port St Lucie for a 1/4 acre and $200k+ for 1+ acres in The Acreage in Palm Beach.

I put base pricing information in the description and this a local custom builder so they don’t offer any incentives. To build this home you’d have to own a lot in Port St Lucie or Loxahatchee, and I can help you with that and meeting with the builder as well.
