Fantasy home. Love the stone and all the finishes. One of the best kitchens and pantry's I've seen. I do like a mantle and a hearth to sit on. Prefer the fireplace were all stone. Would put a game/breakfast table where the piano is so I could eat with a view. And then the movie theatre to top it all off.

OMG!!! I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. I love everything about this place. My most favorite part is the balcony off the master bedroom.❤❤❤❤❤

So many cool things in that house. I think I would get lost.😂 one thing that would make me say PASS is the lack of a back yard. I need a huge yard.

This house is beautiful. Love the color of the doors. The layout and windows definitely are made for the views. Great job on the tour.

Regarding the fireplace, give me a mantle every time. The hearth would be secondary for me.

Luxurious, very modern house. I would say there are too many storage places. Excellent design. Five star hotel.

These homes seemed to be geared towards a Mormon audience which would require a lot of storage.

I really appreciate it when you reach out and touch things. Your hand provides a visual scale and often I’m shocked at how off my idea of scale was as you walk through.

I am going to sound like you...the views..wow. Such luxury. This would rank up there at the top of homes. I love it. Fireplace...a mantle over the heart. Plus with the floating heart, I think of cleaning all the time under that. Of course if you could afford this house, you would have a cleaning crew.

Beautiful home! Here in Utah we do have beautiful views, with the mountains in the north, red rocks in the south, Bonneville Salt Flats and desert in the west and dinosaur land in the east. I love when people from out-of-state marvel at the beauty because living in it every day, sadly, desensitizes us. ❤

As to the mantle/hearth question; normally I'd prefer a mantle, but I think in this case a mantle would be a little too traditional. I think the hearths work well with this ultra modern look, especially since they are floating which is really cool. Besides, both fireplaces had a huge build around with tons of shelves for all of your mementos and art pieces, so no real need for a mantle. This home was amazing, Timothy, and had beautiful views (seriously crazy views!) but my Power Ball dream home would still be the Grey Wolf you posted on Monday.

This one is rather unique. Love all the windows and accent lights. They need a water feature under the bridge. How cool would that be?

Have your wife check out western South Dakota. I know that you've been to the eastern side. You love mountain views, so you'd enjoy the mountains of South Dakota! They're located on the WEST side of my state.

I would want both hearth and mantle but if I could only have one it would be a mantle cause its extra seating. House is awesome

@Timpothy P Livingston Some automatic blinds can be set on a timer, to open/close automatically at certain times. No need to pay for a butler/maid to open those blinds in the a.m😊

Wondering if you could have it as one floor home, and eliminate basement extension underneath it altogether? Love the main floor plan.

This house is my ultimate favorite wow wow wow. I want it after winning the lotto lol.

This is a great place. Dump the hearth, with it floating it looks like an ankle whacker to me. I'd rather have a mantle. Wish I could have seen the Garages, that is a big interest for me. I'm not sure about that bridge to the Garages. It looks very cold to me. The highscool I live two blocks from has passages like that and in the winter they are like walking through freezers. All those windows better be the latest and greatest high R value windows which still don't meet code for the R value of a wall. The best windows run R-5 to R-7, yet a top end wall will be R-30. So every place there is a window it is a cold spot in cold winters. These houses look good but be prepared to pay the high heating bills.

I was at Whole Foods the other day and I looked at this car as I was pulling out of the row I was in… it was a Maserati. I know it’s not THAT expensive but when I was a kid that’s one of the cool cars we liked. I have never seen one in person til now. And I’m 59. I just thought it was funny and wondered WHY we liked that car. The old models must have been cool. The current ones look like every other car 😂

Such a beautiful huge home, I dont understand why they built it so close to the other homes and have no yard or pool or any really nice outdoor space besides the patio. Not great if ya have a dog.

Love your content Timothy. Just venting and I am sorry in advance. I hate modern style. Why is this a thing! It is so cold, sterile and lacks any character. I don’t want to live in a hospital. However, interesting layout. Loved the pantry other than the microwave being so low. Can we bring back Tudor or Victorian style house’s please.

Nice home for sure. But nothing about It is “futuristic”. Just a basic modern home being designed today. Larger than average homes, but still the same roughly to me. Coming from someone who works in architecture.

You don’t want to offend anyone…they are called PRIMARY suites now…..
