When every part of your house is instagramable

I don't think you realize how INSANELY GOOD you are, especially in the interior/detailing department. Easily my best Sims interior designer of all time, in my opinion. Been waiting for this build ever since I saw your teaser photo because I had been "window shopping" in several other KZread channels for the past week, but I just couldn't find elsewhere that specific homey, spontaneous, “alive”, everything-fits-into-place feel that a Marmelad build inherently has. As of writing, I haven't seen the entire house yet, but I'm sure it's an absolute serve! (to be updated) Update 1: Already moved into this new mansion. Just wow - a combination of some of your best builds (Sky View Penthouse & a little of the iconic Sulani Modern House, my personal fave). As for the 2nd floor, YOU’VE OUTDONE YOURSELF OMG literally exceptional detailing in the bedrooms. Love the mini photo studio. Love the CEO-ish study/office. Love everything! 😭 Update 2: Day 2 of my stay in this mansion, and the interior still feels fresh & will probably always feel fresh to me, since there’s always something “new” to notice - thanks to Marmelad’s exceptional interior design/detailing skills. The intricacies, especially in the bedrooms, are what make this build very, very special. I can really see myself using this as my sims’ permanent residence. :) P.S. If you have some time in the future and are keen to it, please consider doing a modern (Tokyo-ish) Japanese mansion-with the interior somewhat close/similar to that of your own “Cozy Minimalist Home” build, while the exterior somewhat giving off that unusual, sleek, minimalist, smart/techy, homey, functional vibe that the tall/compact Tokyo homes on KZread give off (except that this time, the house is bigger, so as to accommodate more sims 🤧). I’ve been searching for such a house for a long time, but the ones I’ve found in the past either didn’t have a homey, minimalist interior or were just too small for a big sims family. (I know you’re busy, though, but just putting it here, hoping in case you somehow come across this comment 😺 Thank you!)

Yes!!! I very much agree!! I've also been "window shopping" around other builders on KZread, and while they're still great, everytime a new marmelad video comes up, it just solidifies my opinion that Marmelad is the best builder out there!

The house is certainly very beautiful but idk why but my sims can't go to work for some reason, it's like they can't get out of the lot

Pandacruiser - Remove some of the fake grass in the center walkway (from gate to front door). Had the same issue a while ago. Did mine such that the central walkway is only composed of the stoney tiles for a uniform look, but it depends on you which ones to remove in order to clear out the path - as long as nothing’s blocking the gate, i.e. the gate isn’t “red” (it originally is) when the bb.moveobjects is off.

we have the outdoor one where we can get lots of fresh air, we could go up to my bedroom and watch tv, oh and there is one in the bathroom too, so you can continue watching whilst doing business.

i would keep myself in quarantine for years in this house, dont mind me

Wow. It's like every room, every corner of this build screams "I'm super rich!" I was already blown away by your previous luxury (mansion) builds, but wow, you just took the concept of "luxury" to a whole new level in this one. I love it. Now I really need to get that sims update so I could play with this one.

This house is absolutely breathtaking, I love everything in this house even the bathrooms that are the most boring rooms in a house are not in your builds because of your creativity. You're so amazingly creative!! Wow!! 😍🤩🤩😍
