Studio Mcgee is a dream.........

I discovered this channel about 2 weeks ago and now it quickly has become my favourite place to watch for home reno inspirations. Despite of the style of each house, things always look effortless, sophisticated, and luxurious in a very subtle way, I love that. Watching these people working as a team so passionately is also very inspirational. I don’t think I’ll ever meet you guys in real life but I really love the channel and looking forward for even more amazing content! ❤️

As an interior designer, rarely do I see a house that I can say, "wow, this is a house that I could live in." But this house has surprised and delighted me. It has everything that I would want in a home. The way you have designed and decorated - wow, just wow - the best of the best. Well done Studio McGee! BRAVO! When can I move in? lol

I just recently found your channel and it's 10:25pm on a Tuesday so obviously I should be getting ready for bed but instead here I am on your channel. I need you to stop doing such good work so I can "skip" a video once it's suggested. Great design on this house

Honestly such a gorgeous home! Love the colour scheme throughout the entire house. The black and white with all the wood gives me serious scandinavian vibes. So lovely x

Oh my! I have watched it 10 times and still feel I haven't got all the fabulous details! So many cool ideas for my own home. Very different rooms and bathrooms, but so cohesive overall look. Not every designer can pull this off! You have really proved your talent and skills!

That hallway gallery definitely works. When fish fly it's better than counting sheep. All the delicate details balance so seamlessly with the clean modern lines of this home's aesthetic. How I wish I had that gym now?! I absolutely love everything you did, but I’m not a huge fan of wood paneling, it reminds me of bad 80’s decor unless it’s a log cabin look. However you managed to somehow make it look good.

This entire project gives me soooooo many inspirations on tiles! I never liked the tiles selections that I've seen in where I live and I didn't know why until I see what you've been using in this house. They are all so sophisticated, minimal yet just so pretty on their own. And they tend to be light in colours which I feel really brightens up the rooms, now I know what I'm looking for. Thank you so much for sharing!

Wow , indeed you delivered! What a beautiful home. The mix of wood, tiles and chosen colors is always a highlight for me. I rewatched this and it made me smile and warmed my heart seeing that bedspread with the lace cos I just did a DIY with Belgian Brugge vintage lace to my own bedspread. Well done team McGee.

beautiful as always. But i have notices that rarely or never is in view the bedroom closet. Not like all the stuff but where in the layout you put a closet or a place for hanging the clothes and all that. I live in a smart apartment but just to see where you put that in a layout would be very inspiring. just saying :P still beautiful work :D

Love everything. Except the 🐟😬

I love how fresh and airy everthing is, however I'm wondering why no automatic shades for privacy in the bedrooms or bathroom? I would be so uncomfortable showering or bathing with such a large window without some sort of window treatment. Although this design work is stunning.

kanicha Horsley Most of the time when you own a home of this magnitude you own the land surrounding the home as well. This allows for not worrying about blinds or shades. A lot of homes in the country have lots of acreage as well. Most people who live like that only use blinds/shades when they want to blackout the light, and not for privacy.

@@alambstale my family owns land and homes in rural parts of Texas. I wouldn't want them to be restricted from roaming the land because I'm sleeping or bathing. Also I love natural light but also I like to lay in a dark room, but that's just me.
