I had to let mine go. The issue I have is my left foot is a tiny bit longer. Right shoe fit like a glove. But the left was so tight against my Achilles heel area. These feel so nice tho. I’m considering getting them half a size longer. Weakest part of the boot are the insoles. The ball of my foot closest to my big toe felt pressure on firmer parts of the field.

But have in mind you are not using them in a soccer field .. you are using them in carpet .. I am a heavy 190 pound guy and I need a reliable soccer shoe … being used in the field .. how do I know if I buy them they aren’t going to fail me like the Ronaldinho soccer shoes??

Sick stuff man! You got me to buy the Morelia 2’s and it’s been great! Any recommendations on keeping them in good shape? I’m particularly worried about if they’ll hold up fine on FG and any weather (mud/rain) concerns with the leather.

Hi, I've found a pair of Mizuno rebula v1 second hand at about 40$, and I plan to buy it, but I am skeptical, because the pitches I play on are usually rock-hard and very dry, so stud pressure and the soleplate means a lot to me, because I don't get cushioning from the ground, and if the studs are to long, they won't dig into the ground, and from the images I saw with the Mizuno rebula v1's the studs look a bit to long, and I don't want issues with stud pressure and Hotspot, can you help me decide? Did you have that kind of problem wearing Mizuno? Or have you ever had a pair of Mizuno rebula v1?

I've never worn Rebula v1s mate, but I'd recommend trying on different boots that fit better or have an AG soleplate. Often those types of soleplates put less pressure on your feet! 🤝

Hey Noah! Great review, I've been wearing these and I love them because of the stitching underneath to hold the upper. I have a real problem with the soleplate tearing clean off. Do you have any recommendations of cleats with the stitching underneath with a higher overall quality? These were the first ones I found besides the Copa Mundial turf boots. I'm from U.S so idk what kind of shipping options I have. I play of turf a lot, so that doesn't help with the soleplate tearing issue...

The Adler boots have the stitching and are fantastic for that! The Mizunos also have stitching on the upper 🤝 If you want pure leather boots, I’d maybe look at buying boots from EBay from Japan 🇯🇵

That's a question to ask your coach mate! I'd take space as much as you can on the dribble, but passing can be incredibly effective to get out of pressing!

I always say go with the size that fits the length of your foot first, and then figure out which one fits the width! It's all personal preference at the end of the day, and these fit true to size compared to other boots on the market from the bigger brands 🔥

Hey Noah, do you wear true to size for the Modelo 1.0? i tried true to size and the length seems perfect. However as what you mentioned in the video, its quite tight at the sides with not much space for my toes to wriggle. Would a size up be better or should i attempt to break into the boots for the leather to stretch and mold?

Yep! 9US as per the video. Length is really important for fit, so get what length fits correctly, THEN figure out if they're the correct width. If these don't break in well for you, they're probably not for you! 🤝

I would mate, but they're not very good boots... tried them on in store and I can't even get my foot in them because of how thin they are 🤯
