Mike, I like your water tower. Guess I need one too. I'm still having a hard time finding newer model n scale cars and road signs, traffic lights, etc. Have any suggestions where to find them? I ordered a set of "Plug & Play" lighting from Woodland Scenics today. Hope they work well. It's going slow, but I think my small layout is starting to take shape and looks good for a beginner. Most of my buildings are pre - builts. Did get a Pico electrical substation today, but it's a damn kit! I've only done 2 kits, turned out nice, but takes too much time. I'll try to send a video or pic of my progress. Thanks for all your great videos. Jack

I have found a lot of stuff at train shows. Some items are priced good and you can find new and older kits too. There is a train show in Dayton, Ohio Nov 7 & 8, 2015 that has a lot of venders and others selling. You can do a web search and find sites to make road signs.
