I rarely say that about celebrities or models specifically but she seems like a delightful human being.

Gosh I love these videos, I find them so soothing😌

It's more psychological for me. Even if the gua sha doesn't do anything for my skin, it makes me feel nice and good. And that's very important to have a sense of calmness and peace. It's a form of self love just to massage your face.

I think I am in the minority but that Laneige mask does absolutely nothing for me. It just forms a film on top but does nothing for me in terms of fixing my dry lips.

It just forms a film on the lips in order to prevent water loss. So i suggest you drink more water. Stay hydrated all the time. Stay away from dehydrating stuff like caffeine, alcohol. It may be sign of your body saying you are not hydrated enough

Many people dont really like her because they think that shes "average" looking like seriously? She is genuine,nice and not act like so stuck up also she is beautiful inside and out❤

Any healthy 40 years old should look young, if you eat excess amounts of sugar, carbs and don’t wear sunscreen your whole life, your are going to be all wrinkled even before 40 and had nothing to do with age. Excess glucose destroy collagen because it creates GLYCATION.

she seems so nice and simple in a good way, a really good way. Like you can have a conversation with her and also her routine is simple and clean. Love how she admits that she doesn't always believe in her products, that it just fell nice, so we won't buy it all, she is being honest.

Yes! Eye cream is really important. I am in my 50's and I vowed when I was in my 20's to wear eye cream b/c my mother didn't and she paid the price. Also drinking apple cider vinegar restores the body's natural Ph which directly bolsters the immune system. Thanks for the video!

Eye creme is real and necessary. I have been using it all my life (since late teens/early twenties). I have no wrinkles around my eyes and I am 56. I believe in a good skin regimen. Also, limiting sun exposure, drinking lots of water and vitamins.

This was a good routine! Martha seems very sweet and genuine. I'm happy she disclosed that the products were given to her and that some of the stuff she does isn't necessary, but it's nice. What she was doing was Gua Sha. I think Susan Yara would approve of her routine, but I'd like to see her opinion on Gua Sha

They say eye cream is a more benign version of regular moisturizer so it’s not irritating to the eyes. Derms say it isn’t a must and regular moisturizer will do the trick. But if it makes you feel good, go for it!

Faiza Hanif I have oily to combination skin but I have days when it’s a bit dehydrated . I typically stay away from thick cream unless it’s my forehead. But you can still use oil. What I do is I use oil to seal in my humectant moisturizer. Oil by itself is not good for most skin types cause it sits on top and actually dehydrates skin but as a topical over your moisturizer shouldn’t be too much of an issue As long as your moisturizer is non comedogenic 🌹🌹

I mean if u have oily skin u will have no wrinkles no joke my mom looks so young and she does literally nothing except use almond oil when skin is dry and she has very few wrinkles for her age
