I hear you. My guess is because enough people don’t use them frequently. Are you in the market for a home with a bath tub in master bathroom?
That microwave seems awfully high up. Also if I had to guess price, I’d say $480k+

We are looking new construction property. We can wait 6-7 months, but we cannot go beyond $450z

This home in Hampton Roads, Virginia, would easily be $700k. My wife family lives in Columbus. She doesn't want to go back because of the winter's.

Depending on the location in Columbus, the builder, and the finishes, you can get something similar to this anywhere from around $500k-$700k+. What part of Columbus do they live in?

Thanks for watching! This particular home has sold. There are other homes by this builder in this neighborhood currently available in the high $600s to low $700s. The HOA fee is $275/month. Are you looking for a patio home in the Columbus area?
