Totally valid - that’s the beauty of this hobby, there are things for everyone! I’m a fan of it, personally. It is a great example of design elements being carried through from one portion to another. That CNC’d portion of the weight is a mirror of the top down profile of the front. Mod Musings put out a great video describing the design process where you can learn more about it :)
