Tequilla Terry I feel you brother. My older brother was neglected by his birth mother so my mom took care of him since he was 2 or 3 years old. Ever since I was born, he had the greatest joy in his heart knowing he finally has a brother. I love my brother to death because he always took care of me. Now that I have my baby boy, I will always be there for him with his mother and feed him so much knowledge to become an awesome person in life.

This song will always make me cry because my dad use to sing this to me all the time all I could think about is him but I can't help but listen to this amazing song been listing to this song for 10 years ❤
just went from watching vines to this and god damn that was a real quick mood shift.
“But then of course everything always happens for a reason” these lines got me chills to the freaking bones 🔥
My parents' divorce, just like many, many other people, was terrible. They constantly screamed and threw things at each other. I would lie awake at night listening to their arguments, and I would sometimes even watch them. I love both of them so much, but at different times, they both became complete monsters. Even today, after ten years, it still seems as if each wants to be the "better" parent. I live with my mom, and it's not fun, but it's the same with my dad. I know they both mean well, but I can't stand it.When I visited my dad every other weekend in his apartment, he would often play this song, and I never realized how important it really was to him.Thank you, Eminem. Thank you so much for making this song. It constantly reminds me of how much my dad truly loves me, and it seems to be one of the only things that keeps me going these days. Thank you.

+Fishtank Productions my story is kinda the same. My mom and dad would scream at each other and I remember standing behind my mom as she screamed at my dad. They soon got divorced and I was too young to understand what was going on, but I cried myself to sleep every night and my brother soon seperated himself from the family spending most of the time in the basement playing on his xbox. i see my dad every thursday and every other weekend and it seems like music is the only thing keeping me sane these days. I still cry myself to sleep every now and again, but not as much as I used to because I can't change it. Life sucks and it's unfair, but you have to make the best of it.

I used to rap and jam along this song but as I grow older and listen to it more I can't even start the first line without tearing up. Same old lyrics and same old Shady, but the song just seems to get sadder and sadder everytime.
If u ask me, this is the ultimate apology a father can give his kids. He was raw and honest which most kids respect nowadays. Every time I listen to his music I can envision every scene of his life, all the ups and downs. I really love this song
My mom left me and dad when I was in 3rd grade and everytime I listen to this song it makes me think of the view point of my dad. I love you dad and thank you to all the single dads

No even songs like this that are just pure beauty ?
this song always hits home man..
Second song on my new playlist. That's nearly number one. Love you Em
I'm literally crying!
As I get older this song gets;sadder, more realistic, more relatable, more meaningful💗
This 4.20 minutes song represents much of how a fathers heart feel about his childs, especially when he had nothing to give to his family Thanks Eminem
beautiful... it's just beautiful
My dad was always gone and he makes music. He was always working to support me and my mom left me when I was 3 months old. My dad resembles eminen in many ways especially on facial features every time I hear this song I cry Thank you dad for dedicating this wonderful song to me I love you so much

I'm listening to these lyrics for the first time and it hits me soo hard that I can't stop my eyes to stop rolling tears still 😭
Never had a father so these lines are makin' me feel like em is my dad. So much love for the way he kept his daughters close no matter what.

KRZYSIEK OF course lose yourself
i listen to this everyday, im turning 15 on Friday and i remember when i was 5 my aunt played this foe me and said my dad would be back in my life.... here it is 10 years later i dont have either of my parents bc they are stuck up and addicted to drugs & neither my mom or dad has said a single word to me since my 5th birthday. the part when eminem says "maybe one day we'll wake up and this will all just be a dream" it hits me hard on a level most wont understand.... and i know some of you will comment and say im just looking for attention, but im just saying how this song has meaning to me....thats not looking for attention or sympathy

LØxAssassins 5 “nigga” isn’t even bad it’s not like he’s flat out saying it, it like when people say “frick” instead of fuck.... don’t get mad for no reason
Emies always blows up mind with lyrics he's not just a rapper he's clearly a poet with deepest emotions
THIS IS A TRUE WORK OF ART.
I love how Eminem fights his war. What a hard life he has had but he doesn’t and won’t give up! Music is his passion it makes him happy and me happy.. love him 😇☺️😘

This song makes me cry everytime 💕
As a single father of a beautiful 8 year old girl this just hits different, never thought I could do it. Now seeing what a beautiful intellegent young lady she is, makes me so proud I never gave up. Eminem was a huge inspiration for me knowing a single dad can raise his daughter. I'm just glad to have my own Hailie, dad loves you Emily and I'll always be here for you.
This song is life...
