I went to the ER with my injury.....straight from work....blood was all in my hair and on the back of my shirt,due to my hard fall...The Doctor refused to do an xray,EVEN WITH MY COMPLAINTS OF BACK PAIN!!....Well he didnt know me....I refused to leave until he did! tHEN HE DID ONE!!SO that makes me wonder if all this abuse and greed from workmans comp is spreading to most medical avenues /sources!! Who all are they affecting and possibly paying off!! .......yes this abuse from workmans comp NEEDS TO STOP NOW!! yES,i'VE BEEN THRU THEIR CONSTANT ABUSE after my ER VISIT!....aLL THE INJURED PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN THRU THEIR ABUSE NEED TO GET TOGETHER AND PROTEST AT THE GOVERNORS OFFICE/GOV BUILDING UNTIL IT GETS ON THE NEWS!! AND THE STATE GOVERNMENT STOPS IT!!....No matter what State you live in!! You do NOT mentally and emotionally abuse a sick person!! OR LEAVE THEM WITH NO JOB NO MONEY WHILE SICK!! iF THE PEOPLE DONT GET THIS STOPPED IT WILL JUST GET WORSE!! PPL can also protest in front of the workmans comp building!!

but the IME doctor says in his report she was jumping on the bed and had several jello shots throughout the day and had just returned from a long bong hit filled lunch break

I had a nurse say that when I called her about my fall and hit my head she said that I told her I passed out. But wasn't true I have a recorded phone conversations on my phone and proved her wrong. These reports aren't always correct. I wonder if the judges consider this kind of stuff

Credibility isn't the issue. Money for their nice suites is, most won't even go to a hearing. Its as much a farce in real life.

the "call cord" is likely ethernet or rj45, both have plastic clips that secure it in the socket. Often times, those clips break which would allow it to come out from the wall, if the clip is still intact, it would in fact keep the cord in the socket.

Do you have video on 132a claim hearing / trial?

If I am in a lawsuit or criminal prosecution that I’m suing the state of New York for $500 million would you guys be willing to do it a basic a free case at first to test the inside of my mouth and my gums to see what gas in what nerve agent so I’ve been using on me with credit cards

I'm really in a bad position, I am still injured and because this Drs assistant made a bad report leading to them cutting off my benefits, mind you I have MRI"s of 3 injured party parts. Because they occurred two days apart this has become a problem for Drs and attorneys and insurance to understand my needs. For instance one body part , I do not want surgery and the dr reports that without consideration to the other 2 body parts still in pain. I know for a fact that I cannot return to the labor work I was doing before but they claim I can . And my lawyer stands there and lets them do that to me . They did not appeal this process when I received notice they couldn't even be reached and by the time I got through a month had passed too late to appeal that decision to stop my benefits . Now I have a different assistant that is not familiar with my case for the last year and half. Im angry because I have never even talked to a real lawyer before nor do I know what's coming or what to expect or what they are hoping for . This is so frustrating and unfair and I even want to say fraudulent on insurance behalf to use a different claim to discontinue my benefits for a different body part. When I had already won an argument about that one body part and was granted workers compensation for it . The mme doctor said a lot of information is missing and so she was not ready to make a determination. I have had no benefits since Feb of this year and we're already in May and my lawyer still has No answer about my benefits that we're discontinued. I know benefits are temporary it's been almost a year that I was granted workers comp for that one injury for the one body part. And that part is still not functioning to be able to work even part time . My question is while mme doctor , and lawyer weigh out the outcome of where we are currently can I apply for edd dissability ? Or another type of benefit I'm not aware of?

Like most medical equipment, call cords involve a high variability of attachment strength. I invite you to test out 10 at any given hospital and see for yourself. Also… The supervisor came off as catty and vindictive in a passive aggressive way, like she hates the plaintiff but would never admit it to her face.

You don’t get bruising or swelling from meniscus tear

bruises would just bruises if not significant swelling so she got swelling and could not walk prior to incident is reliable of fell

The people are STRONGER THAN EVIL WORKMANS COMP! IF THE PEOPLE WOULD JUST GET TOGETHER THEY CAN STOP THEM!! YOU GET WHAT YOU TOLERATE.STOP TOLERATING THEM.GET TOGETHER!!......GET IT IN THE NEWS...THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME THE PEOPLE HAVE HAD TO STOP EVIL BEFORE IN THE USA! we were good at it....Do it again! Dont tolerate it!

Management will always lie, ALWAYS, to save the company in these situations. Companies are reprehensible in the fact they will spend a million dollars on lawyers to try and save from paying the injured worker a few thousand.

You are right, my employer lied to the insurance company, telling them i returned to work after being struck by a industrial sized lift truck. Its pretty sad, the employer tried to convince me not to report it worksafebc. I did immediately regardless
