if AI starts thinking like humans then either humans will exist or AI for sure .and as humans we know that suddenly anything cant happen it will take time and if its ever possible ofcourse it(technology) will be just be safeguarded just like nuclear bombs from wrong hands.ofcourse it wont be unreachable but either humans will survive or AI in that case. Ofcourse the best indication is how muchever we put sensors in it ,fed it with preexisting data or allow it self update(like connecting it to internet),even give it ability to do all things on its own like charging replacing its parts etc. but one thing it will still lack to observe and find ,decide on something new which never existed(which is the quality of human,and if someone says that we decide based one previous experiences only and not think things out of box then i think you are frog of well who believes we have not found anything new because only by previous experinces decision is made for those old things that we had done...isnt it? ) and i am sure no algorithm can be developed by us for that.Only the creator knows about it and so IF SOMEONE SAYS GIVE SUCH HYPOTHETICAL SITUATION JUST SAY THAT THEN IN THAT STATE WE WILL BE THE CREATOR WHICH IS NOT POSSIBLE HENCE THAT HYPOTHETICAL CASE IS ABSURD. @@bkj446
