Make this egg-less moist coffee cake on your birthday or anniversary to surprise your family and friends. This cake is unique in taste and flavour from the regular cakes because of the coffee icing.
Ingredients:
Milk - ½ Cup
Coffee Powder - 1 tsp
Butter - ¼ Cup
Condensed milk - ½ Cup
Powdered sugar - ¼ Cup
Maida/ APF - ¾ Cup
Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Baking Soda - ½ tsp
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Whipping Cream - 400 ml
Powdered Sugar - 4 tbsp
Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
Room temperature water - 3 tbsp
Coffee - 1 tsp
Powdered Sugar - 1 tsp
Dark choco chips - ½ Cup
Heavy cream - ½ Cup
Handful of cocoa nibs/sprinkles - for decoration

Yes, you can add eggs. But I won't be able to give you the exact recipe with eggs. Being a vegetarian, I haven't tried egg cakes. So, you will have to do a little bit of experiment 🤔

You can cook it in preheated pan or kadhai or cooker for 35 to 40 minutes on low medium flame.
