Mobylette AV33 "Super-Standard" 1953 - Restored and running!
Finally.. After years of searching for parts, it's back on the road!!! Not easy to restore life in a French moped from 1953 apparently, haha! 😅 It must be the challenge that drives you to choose these projects instead of something more common/easier to renovate. 🙄👍🏼 But, right now, super happy! 🏆🏆 Mobylette was once the world's best-selling moped, but in Sweden it was quite cold. Not many were sold and in the late 50s the importer gave up. I have always dreamed of having one.. 😄

Wonderful job!!! I rescued a 1954 just recently from the attic which I am planning to restore next year. Been sitting there for more than 60 years.

Hej! Fin renovering!

Hello, I am asking for your advice. I can't get the seat tube out on a 1966 Bianchi Mobylette AV48. I've been hitting it with a wooden stick and spraying WD oil for a month and it won't budge... thank you very much Ivan * Prague

Hello Ivan! Yes I know that problem.. The way I do it is to saw it off above the frame and then stick a saw blade down the pipe and cut a slot to be able to break it loose.Good luck!
