i set the timing to 1.2mm BTDC, which cured the excessive smoke and oil dipping out of the exhaust, i was running a 76 size jet in the 16:16 SHA but swapped it for a 78 which has made it a little boggy setting off from the lights at times but its a compromise to running to lean in hot weather. Ive not got round to tunning it correctly, playing around with timing setting and fitting the malossi vari top ive got so i play with variator weights but it accellerates nicely and max's at 49

I'm interested to see how things have worked out for your AV7 Airsal kit. Did you try taking the ignition to 2mm BTDC?. With all that port work you did, your low end performance will improve, especially with the Malossi pipe. Update please

MrFatnuts12 its a mallossi exhaust for a Peugeot I bought from French eBay. I had to modify it added a longer down pipe and made the mounting bracket you can probably tell what I modified by the welds
