Mobvoi TicWatch E3 - Plastic Fantastic?

The Mobvoi TicWatch E3 is £180 or $200, and has the desirable Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 4100 chip inside, but should you really be buying any Wear OS smartwatch at the moment? I take a look and see if it’s worth the risk.

I was wondering if TicwatchE3 has this sensor where if we touch the screen with whole palm , the screen will turn off or switch to always on display if it is turned on?

Iam gonna buy one ,I have 3options falster 3, e3 , galaxy watch 3 Note: I don't care about tizen or wearos ,I need a solid watch for 1-1half yrs so that when I get a job I can purchase a premium one ,
