Where can you get another battery for ticwatch e

can you help me ? I bought 2 ticwatch c2 (not the c2+) refurbished on Aliexpress, but it doesn't charge, the silver one he managed to plug into the socket, I managed to configure it, but then he turned it off and didn't turn on anymore (it only turned on once and it turned off very quickly) what do I do, I already tried the method that mobvoi said that keeps taking it off and putting it on the charging cable for 1 second for 20 times, but it didn't work.

Yes, previously we will get new battery from Aliexpress, now a days it is not available

I don’t think so it is a battery issue, may be it is charger issue or internal board… we need to check

Is it is showing as connected in your phone? If so, then display is the problem. Otherwise battery needs to replace

Is that showing anything on the screen while charging? Or any vibration? Getting battery is difficult bcos Aliexpress not shipping to India now a days

It's only splashproof rather than fully waterproof

Hi! My ticwatch e button is stuck pressed in, hence it keeps restarting. I tried pulling it using my fingernails and it worked for few minutes, but it went back to restarting again. Could you please help me regarding this issue.

@@Chris-vp9ts Hey!I found a solution to my problem. The problem was not the button being pressed but the other side where the button was supposed to touch to initiate the circuit. That wall was lose, so it was coming out of its way and constantly touching the button's tip, making the watch constantly restart. I fixed it by breaking a tiny part of a matchstick's tip and stuffing it in the cavity to make it tight and sturdy, hence making the lose wall stay in its place. I can use the button but I prefer NOT using it, just to be on the safe side.
